1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who make any purchase from the Caribbean Island Wild Flowers Collection at Crabtree & Evelyn retail stores and selected Crabtree & Evelyn stockists in Australia (including the Online store at www.crabtree-evelyn.com.au) between 29/7/15 and 31/8/15, strictly while Caribbean Island Wild Flowers stocks last. Competition excludes Crabtree & Evelyn outlet stores and concession stores.
3. To enter the competition, participants must either complete an entry form provided by Crabtree & Evelyn when they make a purchase in store, or, for customers purchasing online, register at http://tiny.cc/winter_escape by providing the following information: first and last name; email address and telephone number; and order or receipt number. Limit to one entry per transaction.
4. Employees and their immediate families of Crabtree & Evelyn Australia are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition closes on 31/8/15 at 11.59pm AEST.
6. The winning entry and runner-up prizes will be randomly drawn at 2:00pm on 14/9/15 at Crabtree & Evelyn Australia Head Office, 42 Fairchild Street, Heatherton, Victoria 3202. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used in future marketing promotions.
7. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winners will be notified by telephone and by formal letter sent in the mail. Results will also be published at www.crabtree-evelyn.com.au on 16/9/15.
9. One grand winner will receive a holiday package Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore (Palm Cove, Australia) for two people, valued at up to $8,000 in total depending on point of departure and time of travel. Prize includes return economy airfares for two adults to Cairns (Queensland) departing from the winner’s nearest capital city, and these flights will be arranged on the winner’s behalf by Crabtree & Evelyn via Qantas, Jetstar or Virgin Airlines depending on availability. The accommodation component of the prize is comprised of seven nights’ accommodation (one bedroom suite) at Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore, seven $40 breakfast vouchers, return airport transfers from Cairns airport to Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore plus two 90 minute massages. The winner of the holiday prize will also receive a Crabtree & Evelyn gift hamper. The winner will be responsible for any additional spending money, additional meals, transfers, insurance and all other ancillary costs otherwise not included.
10. Two runners-up will each receive a Crabtree & Evelyn gift pack (valued up to $400).
11. Total prize pool is valued at $8,800.
12. The prize is valid from 1/10/15 until 31/7/16 and is subject to availability.
13. The prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
14. If the prize(s) is/are not claimed within a three-month period from the draw, then there will be a second chance draw on 14/12/15 at 2:00pm at Crabtree & Evelyn Australia Head Office, 42-46 Fairchild Street, Heatherton, Victoria 3202. Should this be the case, the winner(s) will be contacted via telephone and formal letter sent in the mail, and the winner(s)’s name(s) will be published at www.crabtree-evelyn.com.au on 16/12/15.
15. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and any third party suppliers.
16. The promoter and any third party suppliers are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner(s).

18. Permits are required for NSW, SA & ACT. NSW Permit No. LTPS/15/0508, SA Permit No. T15/1143, and ACT Permit No. TP 15/06460. Permits are not required for TAS, VIC, WA, NT and QLD, however this promotion complies with all stated requirements and regulations applicable for these states.
