Win a year of babysitting! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retail stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de- facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDST on 06/10/2014 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 02/11/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period, spend at least $25.00 in one (1) transaction at any Best and Less retail store nationally or online at www.bestandless.com.au (“Eligible Transaction”).
To enter, individuals must then visit www.bestandless.com.au/win follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, mobile phone number, residential address, gender, date of birth, number of children, purchase receipt number (from the Eligible Transaction), store of purchase (if made from a retail store) and an answer to the question “What you would do if you won a year of babysitting?” in 25 words or less and then submit the fully completed online entry form during the Promotional Period.
PRIZES:
The best twenty five (25) valid entries as determined by the judges for each Weekly Entry Period will each win babysitting services to the value of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each winner of a Weekly Entry Period will be deemed a finalist (“Finalist”).
At the end of the Promotional Period the judges will then re-judge each Finalist’s entry and the best valid Finalist entry, as determined by the judges, will win the major prize of 12 months of babysitting services to the value of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000.00). The prize value is based on 1,000 hours taken over a 12 month period.
Total prize pool value is up to thirty five thousand dollars ($35,000.00). Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
