Competition Details & Terms

Who can enter this promotion?
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, participants must be 18 years of age or older, residents of Australia, and purchase two or more bottles of Fuchsia Rose from a retailer or the online store. They must also follow Happs PTY LTD on Facebook or Instagram.
When does this promotion close?
The Promotion Period begins on 25 September 2023 and closes at 5:00 PM on 15 December 2023 (Australian Western Standard Time).
How can one enter?
Eligible participants must upload their receipt or a photo of their online order and complete the relevant entry form during the Promotion Period. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit.
What prizes can be won?
There are three prizes: 1. First prize - 4 cases of Fuchsia wine valued at $1,000, equivalent to a year's supply. 2. Second prize - 2 cases of Fuchsia wine valued at $500, equivalent to six months' supply. 3. Third prize - 1 case of Fuchsia wine valued at $200, equivalent to three months' supply.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool value is based on the total value of the three prizes, which amounts to $1,700. Please note that the terms and conditions also cover various other details, including the eligibility criteria, prize conditions, how winners will be notified, and the Promoter's rights in case of any issues during the promotion.
