TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prize shall be cleaning services paid for by Stuck On You from your preferred cleaning business during 2018 up to the value of $3000 Australian currency inclusive of GST (the prize).
An entry into this competition will be recorded for each Australian or New Zealand resident whose completed entry fields are submitted at https://gleam.io/lIME4/clean-up-in-2018-with-a-free-cleaner and received by Stuck On You between 12.00am 3 January 2018 until 11.59 pm on 3 February 2018.
Entrants must be 18 years or over and may submit a maximum of five entries during the competition period by registering:
one entry upon registering for stuck On You’s newsletters; and
one entry through Stuck On You’s Facebook media, worth a total of 10 entries; and/or
one entry through Stuck On You’s Instagram media, worth a total of 10 entries and/or
one entry through Stuck On You’s Sticker App media, worth a total of 40 entries and/or
one entry by identifying one purchase made during the competition period, worth a total of 50 entries.

By a random electronic draw on 7 February 2018 a winner shall be selected and awarded the prize.
The winner will select their preferred cleaning business which must have had an ABN in existence for at least six months. The prize shall be provided by Stuck On You paying either reimbursement to the winner for or directly paying to the nominated cleaning business the value of its valid tax invoices for cleaning services supplied to the winner to a maximum amount of $3000 inclusive of goods and services or similar taxes for services during 2018.
The prize shall be available to the winner within 7 days of its acceptance which shall be subject to verification of the winner by Stuck On You. The winner must advise Stuck On You of their selected cleaner within 3 months of winning the prize.
Cleaning services will be provided upon the terms and conditions of the business selected by the winner and Stuck On You does not provide, manage or warrant the quality or service of any cleaning services. The winner shall receive the services at its own risk on the terms and conditions of its selected supplier. Stuck On You will not be responsible for quality of or risk arising from the cleaning services or any loss or expenses in relation to the prize other than the direct cost of cleaning services provided by the winner’s selected cleaning services business.
The winner shall be announced, and you consent to notification, from 10 February2018 by;
publication through Stuck On You’s website and social media;
publication in the following news media in each capital city –
email to prize winner’s notified address.
publication of your name and state or territory in related announcements and promotional material.
The winner must be verified before they may accept the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or verified or does not accept the prize within seven days of the prize draw, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn in favour of another entrant on the same terms and conditions.
You consent to information received from your entry being used to send you an email from Stuck On You qualifying you for recording in its database with an option to then decline, should you wish. All personal information provided in this competition will be treated inaccordance with Stuck On You’s privacy policy which can be found at: https://www.stuckonyou.com.au/privacy-policy
All entrants must be 18 years and over and comply with the terms and conditions of this competition. Employees and family/household members of Stuck On You or its suppliers and any person behaving improperly or unlawfully, at Stuck On You’s discretion, shall be disqualified. Stuck On You shall not be responsible for any errors madec oncerning an entrant in the information associated with an order.
The prize shall not be varied.
In New South Wales this competition is subject to the conditions of permit number LTPS/16/08709
To any extent that these terms and conditions do not comply with statutory provisions including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) offending provisions shall be severed.
