Open only to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 or over who are not directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, or of the agencies or companies or participating stores associated with this competition. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: 9.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“AEDST”) on 23/02/2015 to 11.59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 19/04/2015. HOW TO ENTER: During the Competition Period, entrants must: a) purchase three (3) specially marked 4 x 150g pack of Vaalia yoghurt (French Vanilla, Passionfruit, Luscious Berries, Lemon Cr�me, Mandarin, Vanilla Blueberry and Strawberry) (each specially marked pack purchased is considered an “Eligible Purchase”) from any participating store and locate the competition clock icon (Heart Shaped Clock) on the cardboard wrap of each Eligible Purchase; b) visit www.VaaliaWinAYearOff.com.au for Australian residents (AU Website) or www.VaaliaWineAYearOff.co.nz for New Zealand residents (NZ Website); c) follow the links to the competition page and accept the permissions requested; and d) fully complete and submit the online entry form, including providing their full name, address, email address, phone number, full receipt number(s) from each Eligible Purchase, the last five (5) digits of each Eligible Purchase cardboard wrap barcode) and any additional information as required by the Promoter. PRIZES: There are 56 Daily Draw prizes and 1 Major Draw prize to be won. Each prize will be awarded in AUD or NZD, depending on the country of residence of the relevant winners. Each Daily Draw prize is $100 (inc GST) awarded in the form of an EFTPOS card. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming an EFTPOS card are not included. Any unused balance of an EFTPOS card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of an EFTPOS card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the EFTPOS card. The Major Draw prize is a year’s salary of $75,000 (inc GST), awarded to the Major Draw prize winner in the form of a crossed $75,000 cheque. For the avoidance of doubt, the Major Draw prize does not constitute an employment relationship between the Major Draw prize winner and the Promoter. The Major Draw prize winner will not be entitled to receive any benefits ordinarily associated with employment relationships (including, without limitation, superannuation, leave entitlements and insurances of any nature).
