There are two (2) prizes to be won: How to enter Prize Prize Value Eligible Entrant must complete and pay for 3 trips via the Uber app using their PayPal account during the Promotional Period to be eligible to be entered in the draw. AUD $20,000 credited to each winner’s Uber account. 2 winners will receive a free year of Uber rides, valued at AUD $20,000 to be credited to their Uber account. Total prize pool AUD $40,000

The first two Eligible Entrants drawn will receive the Prize, only entrants who qualify at the close date and time of each draw period will be entered in the applicable draw. The computerised random draw will be conducted at 2.00pm AEDT on the date outlined in the table below, at MDSA, Level 2, 40 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. If you’re a prize winner, the prize will be provided to you in the form of a AUD$20,000 credit paid to your Uber account. This will be done within 30 days of you being notified that you have won.This money cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a different Uber account, or used as cash or a cash equivalent. It can only be used to pay for Uber trips ordered from the winners’ Uber accounts.

Subject to any laws, if a prize is not claimed or forfeited for any reason by a winner within 3 months of the draw date, the prize will be awarded to another Eligible Entrant in an unclaimed prize draw/s on 13 March 2019 at the same time and location as the original draw/s. The prize winner/s, if any, will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw date and will be published in The Australian newspaper on 20 March 2019.

The prize money of AUD $20,000 will be credited to each winner’s Uber account. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they comply with Uber’s terms and conditions and maintain both their PayPal account and Uber account in good standing. The use of the prize money is subject to Uber’s standard terms and conditions. PayPal is not liable in the event the prize winner(s) are unable to use the prize money credited to their Uber account.
