All sign ups to be entered into the draw must be made on WWW.BLACKMILKCLOTHING.COM within the promotion’s dates. Promotional dates are 2:00pm Tuesday 28th February 2017 AEST to 11.59pm Tuesday 21st March 2017 AEST.
One (1) winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 22nd March 2017
Announcement of winner will be communicated via the BlackMilk Clothing Facebook page. Winner will also be notified by email.
Winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
Prize consists of two BlackMilk Active products of the winners choice up to the value of $200 per calendar month. Licensed pieces are not included.
Prize is not transferrable for credit, gift vouchers or cash.
Maximum total prize worth $2,400.00AUD. Prize consists of up to Twenty Four (24) Products, a maximum of Two Products Per Month.
No returns or exchanges available on chosen product, unless garment is faulty.
BlackMilk reserves the right to cancel the offer at any point, without prior notice.
BlackMilk reserves the right to change or alter the prize at any point without prior notice.

BlackMilk reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Employees of BlackMilk Clothing and their immediate family members are not eligible for entry.
