WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter and the employee’s immediate families, its retailers, distributors, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. Entrants must reside in Australia. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted up to 30.09.2015 by 11:59 PM AEST.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences on 03.08.2015 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on 30.09.2015 at 11:59 PM AEST (“Promotional Period”). Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter the Promotion during the Promotional Period, the entrant must spend $10 or more, in one (1) transaction, on any DermaVeen products (“Participating Products”) from participating National Pharmacies. For the purposes of this promotion, a participating National Pharmacy is any National Pharmacy displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period (“Participating Venues”).
To enter, entrants must then visit http://www.dermaveen.com.au/, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their first name, last name, valid email address and full street address, the full barcode(s) of all DermaVeen products purchased and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
The barcode and copy of receipt must be retained as proof of purchase. If requested, entrants must provide the barcode and copy of receipt to validate their entry. In the event that the entrant is unable to produce the barcode and copy of receipt, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, deem the entry invalid and forfeit the entrant’s right to any prize.
PRIZES:
There are ten (10) prizes to be won in this Promotion with a total value of AU$26,000.00.
Description of Prizes:
i. There are ten (10) prizes available to be won for entries across ACT, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia. Each individual prize consists of twelve (12) months worth of groceries valued at $2,600.00 (based on $50 spend each week for fifty-two (52) weeks) from Aussie Farmers Direct. Prize is awarded in the form of Aussie Farmers Direct account credit. In the case a winner resides in TAS, NT or outside of Aussie Farmers Direct serviceable areas (which can be viewed at www.aussiefarmers.com.au/serviceability), the winner will be awarded with a cash card to the value of AU$2,600.00.
a. The winners will be determined by draw. The draw for the prize will take place on 02.10.2015 at 12:00 PM AEST at Level 2, 213 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 by computerised draw system or selection. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn will win a prize. The Promoter may draw additional entries and record them (in order drawn) in case an invalid entrant or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Promoter warrants that the computerised draw system used to draw the prize has been appraised by a suitably qualified person into the operation and integrity of the computerised draw system. The major prize will be drawn first and if there are other prizes, the other minor prizes will be drawn in descending order of number and value. The winning entrant does not need to be present at the draw to claim a prize. If any particular draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. Winners of the drawn prize are determined by chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The prize will be delivered by 30.10.2015. If the prize is awarded in the form of Aussie Farmers Direct account credit, the winner may elect whether to receive an email voucher or have the credit applied directly to their Aussie Farmers Direct account. If the winner does not have an Aussie Farmers Direct account, the winner must create an account by inputting their details into the account registration form at https://www.aussiefarmers.com.au/our-story/our-service/getting-started/ (email, residential address, contact number, payment details), and ticking the box to accept the Aussie Farmers Direct terms and conditions of service. If the prize is awarded in the form of a cash card, the prize will be delivered by express mail.
b. The prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable for another prize of equal or like value and is not redeemable for cash (including any unused portion). If a winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
