Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (ABN 16 097 410 896). PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The competition commences 18/08/14 at 10:00 AESTand closes 14/09/14 at 23:59 AEST. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may enter the competition by purchasing a copy of InStyle magazine, cover date 18/08/14 and submitting an original entry at www.instylemag.com.au. Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. PRIZES: Total prize value is up to $5,000.00 (including GST), as at 23/07/14. There are Twenty five (25) winners in total. The Five (5) major prize winners will receive 1 x one year's worth of John Frieda products valued at $500.00 The Twenty (20) minor prizes winner will receive 1 x John Frieda haircare packs, valued at $125 Prize must be taken by 18/12/14. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
