Win a year's supply of ice cream! - Terms and Conditions · Entry is open to all Australian permanent residents aged 13 years and over. Employees, Directors and their immediate families of the Promoter and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. · Competition opens on 28/03/14 at 12pm AEST. Promotion closes on 07/05/14 at 12pm AEST. (The “Promotional Period”). · To enter the competition, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, enter by: o Telling the promoter how many marbles they believe to be contained within the two tubs of ice cream pictured; and o Submitting their email address, phone, full name, postcode. · Personal information disclosed is provided to Pizza Capers and not to Facebook. · The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. · Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. · Only one entry per person is permitted. · This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be the first person to correctly guess the number of marbles in the tubs. This will be determined via the timestamp of the entry. The Promoter’s decision in this regard is final. · Prize winners: The first person to correctly guess the number of marbles will win a year’s supply of ice cream from The Little Ice Cream Shoppe; that is, 52 x weekly ice cream vouchers to the value of $518. These vouchers should be used in one (1) calendar year. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash. · If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
