Entry is open to all Australian residents over 18. Limit one entry per person.
The competition opens at 10 am on 11/06/2016 and ends 17/04/2017 at 4 pm.
The prize for this promotion is a year’s supply of Lindt chocolate which is 52 blocks, valued at $207. Prize will be posted to Australian address only.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Winner selection and information:
One winner
The winner will be the entrant who guesses the closest number of Lindor balls on our display wall at Sweet Addiction
If multiple winners, the winner who submitted their entry first wins the prize.
Winner will be determined a day after the competition closes as noted above.
Winner will be contacted by phone or email and their details will be transferred to the Royal Botanic Garden Team for the sole purpose of arranging redemption of the prize. An email will be sent out to all entrants notifying of the winner.
In the case of duplicate entries being received, the first entry will be the only entry considered as valid entry.
If the winner does not respond within two weeks after 3 attempts from the Royal Botanic Garden, the person who guessed the second closest number will be contacted. The same process will be carried through until a winner is selected.
If the winner is found to be under 18 years of age the prize will re-awarded to the next closest winner.
Employees and their immediate families of the Botanic Garden and Centennial Parklands and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are not permitted to enter the competition.
the Royal Botanic Garden and Lindt Australia may post the name of the winner on its Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and any other owned social media channel as well as the website to promote the competition.
The prize will be posted to the Australian postal address provided on the entry form.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
