Entry is only open to Australian residents. Individuals must have an Instagram account to be able to enter. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 09:00am AEST on 02/09/2014 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 25/09/2014 (“Promotional Period’). All times listed in these Terms and Conditions are in AEST/AEDST as the case requires.
The Promotion Period will be divided into four (4) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Entry commences at 09:00am and closes at 11:59pm for each Entry Period on the dates specified in the table below. Non-Winning entries in each Entry Period will NOT be entered into any subsequent Entry Period(s).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the relevant Entry Period:
a) visit the Moccona Coffee Instagram Account at http://instagram.com/mocconacoffee (“Instagram Account”) and;
b) as instructed (via the relevant promotional post), submit an image via Instagram that encapsulates their “moccona moment” and tag @mocconacoffee and include the hastag #mocconamoment within their post. In order for the entry to be validated, entrants Instagram profile settings must be set to public. Only original entries submitted via the Instagram application which are tagged and hashtagged in accordance with the above will be accepted. Entries must comply with clause 15 and must otherwise not be offensive, inappropriate, abusive or in breach of any law, regulation or any third party rights.
PRIZES:
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, in each Entry Period will each win six (6) x 200g jars of Instant Moccona coffee valued at RRP$19.52 each as per breakdown below:
a) 2x 200g jars of Moccona Classic Medium Roast
b) 2x 200g jars of Moccona Indulgence
c) 1x 200g jars of Moccona Awaken
d) 1x 200g jars of Moccona French Style
Total prize pool value is $468.48. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
