“Win a year’s supply of Pana Chocolate”
1. The Promoter is Hardie Grant Books (ABN 15080486746) at Hardie Grant Books, Ground Floor, Building 1,
658 Church St, Richmond, VIC, 3121.
2. The competition is open to all residents of Australia only. An entrant must be an individual and not a
company or organisation. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner must provide the full name,
address and telephone number of the winner’s legal guardian to the Promoter upon request. Before the
winner is eligible to collect a prize, the winner’s legal guardian will be required to sign a release to accept
responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner.
3. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies are ineligible
to win any prizes associated with the competition.
4. Every entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition,
each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may, in its discretion, refuse
to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. The Competition opens at 10am AEST 1st of February 2017 and closes 11:59pm AEST 28th of February 2017
(Competition Period). a. Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
HOW TO ENTER
1. To enter, entrants need fill out the online competition entry form located on this webpage:
www.HGcompetitions.com/panachocolate and answer the competition question.
3. The winning entry will be the most creative answer as chosen by the Promoter from all entries that meet all
the Terms and Conditions. All judgements are final and binding and the Promoter will not enter into any
conversation regarding the Competition, prizes or outcome under any circumstances.
4. The entry must be: a. The original, independent creations of the entrant that has not been previously
published in any form in any country in the world; and b. Be free from any claims, including copyright or
trademark claims by other parties.
5. The Promoter will contact the winner via email. The promoter is not responsible for any damage caused to
the prize goods once they have been sent to the successful entrant.
6. The successful entrant will win the following prize pack:
52 x bars of Pana Chocolate assorted flavours valued at $358.80 AUD
1 x signed copy of Pana Chocolate: The Recipes valued at $38 AUD
7. The total prize pool RRP is $396.80 AUD
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned for any kind of refund.
9. Winners have 14 days contact the Promoter to claim their prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed for more
than 14 days will be forfeited.
10. These Terms and Conditions govern the Competition. All other information provided prior to entering the
Competition, including any instructions on how to enter the Competition, form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry
not complying with these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid.
