ENTRY ELIGIBILITY Participation in this Promotion is only open to those persons who: a) are Australian residents; b) are aged 13 years of age or over; c) otherwise fulfil the application requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. (“Eligible Entrants”). Winner Determination Process and Prizes This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the competition winners. The winners will be chosen by Coles. The weekly prize will be a year’s supply of one of the fourteen selected Coles Brand products (Coles Brand Banana Bread 550g, Coles Brand Ice Cream 500mL, Coles Brand Ultimate 40% Chocolate Chip Cookies 400g, Coles Raspberry Tartlets Biscuits 200g, Coles Apple, Cinnamon & Oat Biscuits 180g, Coles Jam Daisies 8 Pack 240g, Coles Bakery Mud Cake 600g, Coles Lemon Slice 175g, Coles Brand Tasty Cheese Block 250g, Coles Brand Gyoza 400g, Coles Mini Pork Buns 12 Pack 300g, Coles Cuisine 350-400g, Coles Curry Pot 350g or Coles Brand Frozen Mixed Berries 500g) valued at up to $500.00. This will be awarded as one (1) Coles Gift Card worth $500.00. a. Limit of one (1) prize per person throughout the Promotion Period. b. Prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter and prizes distributed within 7 days from the date of their win. A judge will determine the winner of the competition at the Promoter’s office at 800 Toorak Road, Hawthorn East Vic 3123 by judging the best answer based on creativity and skill. There will be one winner each week of the competition period. One of the five winners will be awarded the title of ‘ultimate product tester’ and will have the opportunity to participate in a special product testing capacity. The prize winners will be notified by email, and their names may be published on ColesBuzz.com.au and the Coles Facebook page. A total of 5 prizes to be awarded over the competition period. The total prize pool value for this Promotion is $2,500. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
