(GAME OF SKILL) TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Streets of
Barangaroo Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of the following terms and
conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter and
their immediate families and retailers within The Streets of Barangaroo and the retailers’
employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences at
9.00am, 21st of March 2017. Entries close at 11:59pm 9 April 2017.
3. To enter you must sign up to receive the Streets of Barangaroo newsletter and tell us what your
favorite garment is to wear in for a night on the town. You may only enter once and must
complete your entry during the time the promotion is open from 9.00am, 21st of March 2017.
Entries close at 11:59pm 9 April 2017.
4. The winning entry will receive a $1,000 gift voucher for use at Silver Service Dry Cleaning,
located on Scotch Row, Barangaroo.
5. The winner will be notified via phone and email by 1pm, Monday 10th of April 2017. Winner
must claim their prizes by 30 June 2017.
6. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be
individually judged based on creative merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
7. At the time of collecting the prize the winner will be required to confirm their identity by
producing such photo identification as may be directed by the Promoter. If the winner is
under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
8. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
9. The prize and/or any element of the prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied by the
winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use their prize and/or any
element of the prize as stated.
10. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you
may have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), and consumer
guarantees relating to goods or services under the ACL) which may not be excluded, restricted
or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the
Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage however caused (including by negligence),
suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion or the prize. Any condition or warranty
which would be implied by law into these terms and conditions is excluded.
11. Any prizes that have not been claimed by the Winner by 15 August 2017 will be awarded to the
next best eligible entry as determined by the judges. From the day of notification the alternative
Winner has 2 months to claim their prize or another alternative Winner will be selected.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter. As detailed in the privacy statement which
accompanies these terms and conditions, all entries will be entered in to a database and the
entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes.
13. The Promoter may cancel the promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances
beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s).
Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
(I) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice on The Streets of
Barangaroo website.
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
14. Liability and release: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in
connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in this Promotion, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for defective
prizes, lost or stolen prizes or misuse of any prize. All entrants release from, and indemnify
the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any
prize(s) or participation in this Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and
damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent
act or omission or otherwise.

the purpose of administering the Promotion, to contact you if you are the winner of the Promotion,
advising the public of the winner of the Promotion and, unless you opt out on the entry form or

information on any products or services you may be interested in from The Streets of Barangaroo
This may be by any means of communication including telephone and electronic messages (e.g.
email). If the information requested is not provided, you may not enter the Promotion.
From time to time this information may be used by and disclosed to our service providers (such
as mail houses, delivery companies, market research) or our related companies. The use and
disclosure of this information will be subject to the restrictions imposed on us by the Privacy Act
1988.
