Grand Prize or the Japan Grand Prize, Japan First Prize or Japan

a. Grand Prize for All Countries: The Grand Prize for All Countries is a
trip for two people to Bordeaux, France which consists of two return
economy airfares from the winners’ nearest capital city to Bordeaux,
France, two nights’ accommodation twin share in a minimum three star
hotel for two people and two seats on the Novespace space flight. The
prize does not include any spending money. The prize is valued at up
to €17,500 (estimated to be $AUD 26,849 (incl GST) as at 4 October
2018), depending upon the winners' point of departure.
To receive this prize, the winner and travelling companion must
undertake a medical check with a medical physician in their home
country, obtain a medical certificate and affidavit from that medical
physician stating they are physically able to participate in a zero gravity
flight and provide those medical certificates and affidavits to
Novespace. Information about the medical check and a copy of the
medical certificate required can be found at the end of these

this clause by 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2019 or Novespace,
acting in its absolute discretion, determines that the winner and/or
travelling companion do not have the required level of health to
participate in the Novespace flight then:
i. the Grand Prize for All Countries will be forfeited by the winner
and cash will not be substituted in lieu of that prize; and
ii. the Grand Prize for All Countries will be redrawn on the date,
and in the manner, specified in clause 29.
If a redraw is required under this clause, the “new” winner and his or
her travelling companion must also comply with this clause.
If the “new” winner and/or his or her travelling companion do not
comply with this clause or Novespace, acting in its absolute discretion,
determines that the “new” winner and/or travelling companion do not

then the Grand Prize for All Countries will be forfeited and no further
winners will be drawn.
b. South Africa Grand Prize: The South Africa Grand Prize is a trip for
two people to Bordeaux, France which consists of two return economy
airfares from the winners’ nearest capital city to Bordeaux, France, two

of departure.
To receive this prize, the winner and travelling companion must
undertake a medical check with a medical physician in South Africa,
obtain a medical certificate and affidavit from that medical physician
confirming they are physically able to participate in a zero gravity flight
and provide those medical certificates and affidavits to Novespace.
Information about the medical check and a copy of the medical
certificate required can be found at the end of these conditions. If the
winner and travelling companion do not comply with this clause by
11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2019 or Novespace, acting in its
absolute discretion, determines that the winner and/or travelling
companion do not have the required level of health to participate in the
Novespace flight then:
i. the South Africa Grand Prize will be forfeited by the winner and
cash will not be substituted in lieu of that prize; and
ii. the South African Grand Prize will be redrawn on the date, and
in the manner, specified in clause 29.
If a redraw is required under this clause, the “new” winner and his or
her travelling companion must also comply with this clause.
If the “new” winner and/or his or her travelling companion do not
comply with this clause or Novespace, acting in its absolute discretion,
determines that the “new” winner and/or travelling companion do not
have the required level of health to participate in the Novespace flight,
then the South Africa Grand Prize will be forfeited and no further

any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or
loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered
or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in
connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited
to the minimum allowable by law).

Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s
discretion.
24. If a winning entry is deemed by the Promoter in its absolute discretion not to
comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new

jeopardise the fair operation of the promotion.
26. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for
cash. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the
prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will
be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be substituted in lieu of that
element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation
in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may
substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined

airfares from the winners’ nearest capital city to Bordeaux, France, two
nights’ accommodation twin share in a minimum three star hotel for
two people and two seats on the Novespace space flight. The prize

To receive this prize, the winner and travelling companion must

confirming they are physically able to participate in a zero gravity flight
and provide those medical certificates and affidavits to Novespace.

certificate required can be found at the end of these conditions. If the
winner and travelling companion do not comply with this clause by
11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2019 or Novespace, acting in its
absolute discretion, determines that the winner and/or travelling

i. the South Africa Grand Prize will be forfeited by the winner and
cash will not be substituted in lieu of that prize; and
ii. the South African Grand Prize will be redrawn on the date, and
in the manner, specified in clause 29.
If a redraw is required under this clause, the “new” winner and his or
her travelling companion must also comply with this clause.
If the “new” winner and/or his or her travelling companion do not
comply with this clause or Novespace, acting in its absolute discretion,
determines that the “new” winner and/or travelling companion do not
have the required level of health to participate in the Novespace flight,
then the South Africa Grand Prize will be forfeited and no further
winners will be drawn.
