TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVENTURE TIME: EXPLORE THE DUNGEON COMP 1. Competition opens on 24 January 2014. 2. Entries must be received by 24 February 2014. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for consideration by the Judges. 3. The winners will be selected by 3 March 2014. 4. This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and immediate families of Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd or Funtastic Limited are not eligible to enter. 5. The winners will have the most original and inventive answers to the question, as determined by the Judges in their absolute discretion. 6. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. 7. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. Five (5) winners will receive: Adventure Time; Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW! For PS3 Adventure Time: Jake the Dad on DVD Total maximum prize pool value is $349.50. 9. The winner will be notified by email upon draw and publicly listed on Madman.com.au by 17 March 2014. 10. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize is forfeited. 13. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, illegible or damaged. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.12.
