WIN Alienware Prizes! - 1. The Promoter is: FORTRESS MELBOURNE PTY LTD (ABN 14 627 286 104) of 23
Caledonian Lane, Melbourne, VIC 3000. The above mentioned companies will be hereafter
jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way
with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the
competition.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. To enter the competition an entrant must fully complete the online ‘Firefights Pre-registration’
AREP Campaign.
5. Closing date for entry will be 4pm (AEDT) Friday 31st January 2020. After this date the no
further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. Parental consent is required for participants under the age of 18.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and
conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of
God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event
outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as
soon as possible by the Promoter.
8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered in whole or part. The prizes are not
transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize
with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. Winner will be drawn at random at 23 Caledonian Lane, Melbourne, VIC 3000,
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the
winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve
the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The Promoter will notify the winner how to collect the prize.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and
no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to
be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any
personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with
current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the
entrant’s prior consent.
17. The winner’s name may be published on our website or other marketing channels.
18. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.

1.2 Entering this draw places you on the Fortress mailing list which can be opted out of at
any time.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Entry is open to all Australian residents all ages.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Friday 22 May 2020 at 11:00AM (AEST) and concludes
on Monday 25 May 2020 at 11:59 PM (AEST) (“the Competition Period”)
3.2 In order to enter, entrants must complete this survey, providing the entrant’s full name,
email address and other optional entry chances.
3.3 Entrants may only enter once.
4. PRIZES
4.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.2 In the event that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
5. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
Any prizes that remain unclaimed for 3 months after the end of the promotion period will be
distributed by way of an Unclaimed Prize Draw. The draw will be made up of any entrants
that had completed the survey but had not won a draw previously.
6. SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and
registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws.
5.2 The prize winners will be notified by email with a prize letter within 14 days of the draw.
The winner may also be announced on the Fortress website and associated social media
sites.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the result.
5.4 Winners will be selected at random from all completed, submitted and received survey
responses.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or
significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and
in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to
vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war,
act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and
recommence it from the start in the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
6.2 Fortress and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for
prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Fortress and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any
misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim
that may occur
