about Avalon Waterways’ Panorama Suites. The prize includes an eight day
Paris to Normandy cruise for two people in a Panorama Suite (Cat B). Prize
value: $12,800
• Entry is free and open to Australian Citizens aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Circuit Travel Pty Ltd, Cruise Passenger and their immediate
families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online
entry form provided by Cruise Passenger. This promotion is being conducted
by Circuit Travel Pty Ltd ABN 12 001 268 257 (“the Promoter”) of Level 5, 309
Kent Street, Sydney, NSW, 2001 and runs from 3 rd March 2017 to 3 rd May
2017.
• There is one prize, which will be awarded to the most creative entry. The
Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate eligible entrants’ entries.
Entries will be judged on the creativity of answers given. The decision of the
judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of
skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
• Prize consists of an eight day Paris to Normandy River Cruise for 2 people
Valued at $12,800. Includes accommodation in a Panorama Suite (Cat B), all
onboard meals, beer and wine with lunch and dinner, sightseeing, gratuities
and port charges. Prize does not include airfares.
• Upgrade options to a higher category stateroom, hotel accommodation and
meals are not included in the cruise itinerary and are at the prize winners
expense.
• The eight day cruise visits France. A valid passport with 12 months validity
past your return date to Australia is required.
• The prize is valid for travel on the set cruise departure date of 26 th August
2017. Prize must be confirmed and booked by 31 May 2017. Prize winner will
be subject to the booking terms and conditions as outlined at
http://www.avalonwaterways.com.au/Terms-And- Conditions.aspx
• Circuit Travel Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any additional or incurred
costs while winner is travelling. Shore excursions (other than included) or
other onboard ship activities, spending money, additional meals, taxes, travel
insurance (prize winner and guest must be covered by some form of
international travel insurance), passports, visas, vaccinations, transfers, items
of a personal nature, in-room/ cabin charges and all other ancillary costs are
not included. Winner is responsible for any associated costs in getting to and
from the departure port.
• Entries close at 5pm EDST 3rd May 2017. One (1) entry will be selected at
5.00pm on 8th May 2017, from all entries. The prize is strictly NON-
TRANSFERABLE, non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.
• As a condition of entry, entrants must agree to receive mail and/ or email
newsletters/ brochures from Avalon Waterways and Cruise Passenger.
• Entrants can only enter the competition once. Prize-winner will be notified by
Circuit Travel Pty Ltd by 5.00pm on 9 th May 2017. The winner will be
contacted by either email or phone. They will be notified by mail and/or
email no later than one week following the prize draw. Results will be
published on Cruise Passengers Facebook page
• This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries
that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or
stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as
directed in the entry instructions;
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind,
including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or
network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the
unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention
in any part of the competition;
(ii) (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the
competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and
including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of
any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or
agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods
or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any
family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or
property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or
resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
(ix)
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or
significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the
dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not
limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion
cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
