When will the Competition start and end?The Competition starts at 12.01am (AEDT) on 16/01/2019 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 12/02/2019 (the Competition Period).
If your entry is received by 11.59pm (AEDT) on 12/02/2019 (Prize Deadline), you will be eligible to win a weekly prize. Entries received outside of the Competition Period, will not be eligible to win a weekly prize.
No entries received outside of the Competition Period will be accepted.
The time of entry is the time that the entry is received by the Promoter and not the time of transmission by the entrant.
Relevant States
Victoria, NSW and Queensland, Australia.
Who can enter?Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 or over as at the commencement of the Competition Period.
Who can't enter?Entry is not available to directors, officers, management and employees of:
the Promoter; or
the agencies or companies associated with this Competition,

Where will the Competition run?The Competition will run in Ritchies (Independent) Supermarkets (Store) which stock Vegemite and BEGA Peanut Butter as well as Arnott's Salada and Cruskits packs.
Do I need to buy anything to enter?Yes. During the Competition Period, you need to buy a Vegemite product or Bega Peanut Butter PLUS any Arnott's Salada and any Cruskits (Qualifying Purchase) in the one transaction from a participating Store (includes online purchases) and retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Entry instructions
After you have made a Qualifying Purchase, you must during the Competition Period, visit back2schoolpromo.com.au (Website) and fill out and submit the online entry form, including uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and all other requested information.
All valid entries will be entered into all subsequent weekly prize draws.
Purchase receipts must clearly identify the Store of purchase (which must be a participating Store), the product(s) purchased (which must be a Qualifying Purchase), and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period) before you submitted your entry.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?There will be a total of up to 8 winners determined in respect of this Competition – 2 winners per week.
Weekly prizes
All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into the weekly prize draw.
There will be 4 weekly draws; 1 in respect of each Wednesday of the Competition Period. The draw for each week will occur at 11am (AEDT) on the 23/01/19, 30/01/19, 06/02/19, 13/02/19.
Draws scheduled for a Wednesday will determine the winners for the previous Wednesday – Tuesday. Draws scheduled for the day following a Victorian public holiday will determine the winners for that public holiday. All draws will take place at Immediate Marketing, 191 Ferrars Street South Melbourne.
In all draws, the Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?There are in total 8 prizes available – 8 x 9.7” iPads valued at $599 each.
Total prize pool
The total maximum prize pool is up to $4,792 inclusive of GST.
How many times can I enter?You can enter up to five times per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
There is a maximum of one (1) Prize to be won per person.
How and when will the winners be informed?If you are a winner of a weekly prize, you will be informed in writing to the email address provided by you at the time of completing your entry, within two days of the relevant draw and your name and state/territory of residence will be published on the Website on 14/02/2019 for a period of 28 days.
Must I keep anything to verify my entry?You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) for each Qualifying Purchase used to enter the Competition as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request you to provide the original itemised purchase receipt before awarding the prize.
If you don't produce the proof of purchase for all Qualifying Purchases when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must be identical to the image uploaded by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any receipt(s) with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, prize winners may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their identity (Proof of Identity).
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion. Failure to provide Proof of Identity on request and in the form required by the Promoter may result in an entrant's entries being deemed invalid, at the Promoter's discretion.
Entering under a false name may invalidate entries. Multiple entries under different names and/or different emails from the same residential address may also invalidate all such entries, at the Promoter's discretion, unless Proof of Identity (for all such entries submitted during the Competition Period) are produced on request.
If I win, how and when must I claim my prize?Weekly prize winners must claim their prize by responding to the Promoter by 5pm (AEST) on 13/05/2019.
If a prize winner complies with the conditions of entry and the Promoter verifies and accepts the entry, the prize will be delivered to each winner by post to the address provided to the Promoter at the time of completing their Competition entry or as part of the Verification Requirements.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect address being provided by an entrant. Once dispatched, the Promoter is not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
What if I don't claim my prize on time?Weekly prize
If a weekly prize has not been accepted or claimed by the weekly prize claim date and time above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a drawn winner (or a drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by this time and date, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant daily prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at 11am (AEST) on 14/05/2019 at the same location as the original draw/s to distribute the relevant prize/s. Any such winner/s will be informed in writing within two days of determination.

Your entry must be received during the Competition Period in accordance with the details set out in the table above. Your entry is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter's database. If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless product is defective). You will receive a return online message confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple aliases you may be disqualified.

General
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity in accordance with these Competition Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries and your ability to comply with these Terms and Conditions (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence, place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
You must not:
tamper with the entry process;
engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition;
act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Competition;
breach any law; or
behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
The Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this Competition is final.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

If this Competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities. Where it is practical for it to do so, the Promoter will notify you of such changes. The Promoter must notify entrants where possible of any Competition changes.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this Competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this Competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
