How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, sign up to the Bombay database at https://stir-creativity.bombaysapphire.com/ (if they have not done already do so). As part of the entry form, the entrant must provide their personal details as requested on the form, agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree to receive marketing communications from Bombay.
The email address provided to enter must be valid and entrants must remain subscribed to the Promoter’s database up until the date the prize is drawn. In the case that the entrant unsubscribes prior to the draw the entry will be declared invalid. Invalid email addresses will automatically be disqualified.
Upon sign up, the member will be provided with a unique URL which they can share with friends who are not already existing subscribers of Bombay’s database and are Australia residents 18 years and over (‘Referred Friend’).
Referred Friends can then visit the promotional website via the unique URL and follow the prompts to sign up for the Bombay database. The initial entrant will receive a bonus entry into the draw for every successful Referred Friend (i.e. every friend that visits the promotional website via the unique URL and signs up for the Bombay database).
Entries permitted:
Limit one (1) initial entry permitted per person and per email address. Limit one (1) bonus entry per Referred Friend (who signs up to the Bombay database).

In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 27/03/23 at 12:00 pm AEDT at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw. The winner will be notified publicly (and their details published) at https://stir-creativity.bombaysapphire.com/ by 03/04/23.
