Who can enter the promotional competition?
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years old or over. Employees of Nationwide News Pty Ltd, associated companies, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
When does the competition close?
The promotional period starts at 12:30 pm AEDT on January 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on February 2, 2025.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the Win It page of taste.com.au and answer the question: "If you could master one complicated recipe to wow your guests, what would it be?" Responses must be 25 words or less.
What is the prize and its value?
There is one prize available: an Acer Enduro tablet valued at $499.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at $499, which includes only the Acer Enduro tablet.
How will winners be selected?
Entries will be judged by the taste.com.au Content Coordinator and Producer based on creativity. The most creative entry will be selected as the winner.
When and where will the judging take place?
Judging will occur at 2:00 pm AEDT on February 12, 2025, at 2 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the prize is unclaimed by the Second Round Date of February 20, 2025, at 9:00 am AEDT, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry as determined by the judges. Notification of the winner of the unclaimed prize will occur within two days of the Second Round Date.
How will the prize be delivered?
The prize will be delivered within one month of the competition finalizing.
Are there any additional terms for the prize?
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and additional terms may apply from the supplier of the prize. Winners must comply with all conditions of use of the prize.
What if there are issues with the promotion?
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if it cannot run as planned due to various issues, including technical failures or public health orders.
