WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are registered Airbnb users at the time of entry and remain registered Airbnb users until at least 20/11/2015. The winner of the Hidden House Prize (defined below) must be able to take the prize from 27/11/2015 – 29/11/2015. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences on 05/11/2015 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 19/11/2015 (“Promotional Period”). There will be a draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period (“Daily Draw”), for a total of fifteen (15) Daily Draws. HOW TO ENTER: There will be one (1) unique stay holiday house situated at a secret location somewhere in Australia (“Hidden House”). To participate, entrants must guess the secret location of the Hidden House, in accordance with clause 6. The Promoter will release one (1) clue every day of the Promotional Period regarding the location of the Hidden House (each a “Clue”) via the Dyson Facebook Page (at www.facebook.com/dyson). Individuals will also be able to view the Clues at www.thehiddenhouse.com.au, however, the website will not be updated until 48 hours after each Clue is posted to the Dyson Facebook Page. 6. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: a) view the Clue(s); b) visit www.thehiddenhouse.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and complete one of the following steps (as applicable): i. if it is their first time visiting the promotional page, follow the prompts to register for the promotion by inputting the requested details. including their full name, contact telephone number, postcode, a valid email address and a password (“Registration”); or ii. if they have previously submitted an entry into this promotion, follow the prompts to sign in using their email address and password (created at Registration); c) select the coordinate on the promotional map (by dropping a ‘pin’) corresponding to the location at which they think they Hidden House is located; d) agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the Promoter by ticketing the relevant tick box; and e) submit the fully completed entry form. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Registration permitted per person; (b) only one (1) entry is permitted per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. PRIZES: The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will each win a Dyson V6 Absolute vacuum, valued at $899 (“Daily Prize”). At the end of the Promotional Period, the Promoter will check all guesses submitted. Subject to clause 16, the first valid entry received during the Promotional Period that correctly guessed the coordinate corresponding to the location of the Hidden House will win a weekend holiday for two (2) adults at the Hidden House, valued at up to $50,000 (“Hidden House Prize”). The Hidden House Prize includes the following components for two (2) adults, unless specified otherwise: return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to the nearest airport to the Hidden House (only provided if the winner does not reside in the same State/Territory as the Hidden House). If the winner resides in the same State/Territory as the Hidden House, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash; return transfers from the airport to the Hidden House ( if the winner does not reside in the same State/Territory as the Hidden House), or return transfers from the winner’s place of residence to the Hidden House (if the winner resides in the same State/Territory as the Hidden House); two (2) nights accommodation at the Hidden House, with arrival on 27/11/2015 and departure on 29/11/2015; $1,000 Visa Gift Card for the winner only; all-inclusive mini-bar and daily breakfast (exact mini-bar items and breakfast menu determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion); a 3-course dinning experience at the Hidden House on the evening of 27/11/2015 for the winner, their companion, and up to six (6) additional guests (exact dinner menu determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion). The additional guests will be responsible for making their own way to/from the Hidden House, and any costs associated with the guests travelling to the dinner (e.g. flights, transfers, accommodation, etc.) will be the responsibility of those additional guests and will not be borne by the Promoter; a cultural experiences to participate in on 28/11/2015 (exact experience determined by Promoter in its absolute discretion); a bar experience at the Hidden House on the evening of 28/11/2015 (exact menu/bar items determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion; and a spa treatment at the Hidden House on 29/11/2015 (exact treatments available and duration determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion). Total prize pool value is up to $63,485.
