Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail. WHO CAN ENTER Entry is open to all residents of Australia, who are over the age of 18, as of the date of entry, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. HOW TO ENTER Enter by going to www.all4adventure.com and following the links to the entry page and then tell us in 25-words-or-less, your answer to the question, “What is your favourite secret destination?” Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry per week into the competition. In the event that Park Bligh deems an entrant to have made more than one application per week to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the competition, the entrant shall be excluded from the giveaway and consequently ineligible to win the Prize, as defined below. Use of ‘scripting’ or any other automatic entry method is strictly prohibited. Entries must include all requested contact details and a 25-words-or-less answer to be eligible to win. Each entry must be unique and received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time. WHEN TO ENTER The competition commences on 01/11/15 at 1:00pm EST and closes on 31/03/16 at 23:59 EST. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time. All times indicated are Eastern Standard Time (EST) and represent the local time in Queensland. The winners will be the best valid entries as judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity and originality, at the Promoter’s premises on 10/04/16 at 10:00 AEST. The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event that the first entrant chosen as a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or take a prize. The winners will be notified by email within five business days of the winners being determined. Prizes will be sent or collected from the participating sponsor.
