Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Yaffa Media Pty Ltd (ABN 54 002 699 354), 17-21 Bellevue St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Employees and their relatives of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 or over who subscribe or renew their subscription (via the methods outlined below in clause 5) during the promotional period.
To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, complete the entry form by:
- Visiting www.peregrineadventures.com/great-walks-competition, providing their details and answering "tell us in 25 words or less where in the world you'd most like to go on a walking tour, and why
Prize is for 2 places for 2 people (winner & their travelling companion) on any guaranteed Peregrine 10-day Annapurna in Style tour (PHAT), for any 2018 departure, including return economy airfares and applicable taxes from the winner’s nearest capital city (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth) to Nepal. Prize is not transferable or redeemable.
The airline will be chosen by Peregrine Adventures. Any changes to the flights will incur additional charges, for example but not limited to: if the winner wishes to fly with an alternative carrier, include a stopover or upgrade to business class.
The winner and their travelling companion must travel on the same flights & the same tour departure. There must be a minimum of four passengers already booked on the tour before your booking can be confirmed. Excludes Private Groups options.
The winner must contact Peregrine Adventures at least 56 days prior to the desired trip departure date to secure their spot.
Trip is provided on a twin share basis and all tours are subject to availability.
Winner/travellers must be over 18 years of age.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the Qantas Points offer.
Additional expenses, including transfers to and from the airport in Australia, visas, compulsory travel insurance, meals not listed in the itinerary, any optional tours and activities during free time and all other ancillary travelling expenses are not included in the prize and are at the winner’s expense.
Winner must hold a valid passport and must obtain the necessary visas and travel insurance prior to travel, both of which are at the winner’s expense.
If the prize is not used, no compensation will be offered. Itinerary and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
The prize value stated is based on low season tour departures and the estimated airfares as of 26/09/17 – no compensation will be offered if the pricing has changed by time of booking.
The prize and booking of the prize are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Peregrine Adventures found at www.peregrineadventures.com.
Details collected from entries will also be used by the promoter for compilation of a mail list.

Entries must be received by 23:59, Monday 20th November 2017.
Winner will be selected at 12:00 on Tuesday 21st November 2017 at Yaffa Media, 17-21 Bellevue St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
Winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the selection.
If required an unclaimed prize selection will be held at 12:00 on Tuesday 5th December 2017 at Yaffa Media, 17-21 Bellevue St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
Winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email
