Win an Apple iPad Mini! - Terms and Conditions The promo is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over; proof of residency or citizenship will be required upon claiming of the prize. The promo will end midnight of May 31, 2013 whereby all entries would be raffled to produce one winner. The winner will be notified via email – so be careful to enter only valid email address. If the prize is not claimed within a month, a new winner will be drawn from the pool All participants agree that their email address would be joined in Bayanihan’s existing mailing list.  Participants can un-subscribe anytime. The iPad mini’s colour is pre-determined by the organiser and the winner cannot request to change it. The prize is also non redeemable for cash or any monetary or material equivalent. The iPad mini is purchased by the Bayanihan and is covered by the usual warranties of any Australian product. The transfer to the prize winner transfers this warranty. Any claims thereafter are responsibility of the winner.
