Win an Apple iPad Mini! - Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia. Strictly one original entry per person. The number of referral entries per person is unlimited (where available). Participants are required to register their original entry as directed at www.goandgetstaffed.com.au and by Go and Get Staffed using email and/or Facebook and/or other communications and platforms from time to time. Further referral entries may be gained by participants referring friends and/or family to the promotion via the promotion referral mechanism. Where a referred person (‘referee’) enters the promotion, and the entry can be attributed via the promotion referral mechanism to the participant that made the referral (‘the referrer’), the referrer shall receive an additional entry into the promotion draw. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. The competition commences on the 25th of June 2013 and closes on the 30th of September 2013. The draw for the winners will take place at 3pm (AEST) on the 07th of October 2013 at the offices of Hybrid Web Shop 39 Niecon Plaza Broadbeach QLD 4218. Only one prize per household will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. Employees and their immediate families of Go and Get Staffed Pty Ltd and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible. The winners will be notified by e-mail. The winner will have their details published on the corresponding day at www.facebook.com/goandgetstaffed. The prize is 1 winner registered as a worker with Go and Get Staffed of an iPad Mini, and 1 winner registered as a business with Go and Get Staffed of an iPad Mini. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. All entries become the property of the promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the winners’ name, email address, telephone number, for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
