Employees of FIJI Water Company LLC (“Sponsor”), Foodland SA (“Foodland”) and each of their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and such employees’ immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this competition. Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements of the winners.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Between 12:01 a.m. Canberra Time (CT) on August 19th, 2015, and 11:59 p.m. CT on September 20th, 2015 (“Entry Period”), (i) purchase at least one (1) bottle of 500ml FIJI Water at participating Foodland stores, and (ii) visit www.fijiwater.com.au/foodland2015 and follow the directions provided therein to enter any required information, and submit.
All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on September 20th, 2015 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the entire Entry Period. Entrants are liable for their costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks to enter the competition. Personal information submitted by entrants will only be used for the purpose of the competition entered unless entrants indicate otherwise upon entering the competition. Entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to subvert the entry process are void. All entries submitted shall become the property of Sponsor. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will disqualify an entry from taking part in the competition. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
