Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age. Employees of Piermarq Art Advisory Pty Ltd, and
their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate
entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
Promotion commences on 13th June 2017 and closes at 1pm on 12th June 2018.
The prize is a $15,000 portfolio of art work/s independently valued. The draw will take place at 1pm
on the 12th June 2018 at Piermarq Art Advisory Pty Ltd Head Office. The winner will be notified by
telephone and will be published on our website.
To enter: Participants must enter their details: name, phone number and email address via the
email landing page or via our website at www.piermarq.com.au
Prize Details are as follows:
Portfolio of art work/s as selected by Piermarq Art Advisory art selection panel and independently
valued by a commonwealth gift certificate valuer. Prize value: $15,000.
The prize includes GST. The total maximum prize value is $15,000. This prize is not transferable,
exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as
provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. Piermarq Art Advisory Pty Ltd accepts no
responsibility for any variation in prize value.
Piermarq Art Advisory Pty Ltd may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the
original draw after 3 Months if the prize is unclaimed as is necessary on in order to distribute a
prize if unclaimed by that date.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the
time stipulated by Piermarq Art Advisory Pty Ltd then that element of the prize will be forfeited by
the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
All entries become the property of Piermarq Art Advisory Pty Ltd and will be entered into a
database. Piermarq Art Advisory may use the entrants’ names, addresses and telephone numbers
for future promotion, and will not sell any of these details on to a third party.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including
but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in
connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
