The promotion is open to individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria. To enter, you must: - Live in Western Australia and provide a valid Western Australia residential address. - Be 18 years or older. - Be a permanent resident of Australia, or have resided in Australia continuously for six (6) months or more on a temporary work visa at the time of participating in the Promotion. - Not be an officer or employee of the Promoter, its related entities, or their immediate family. - Not be an officer or employee of any agents or service providers of the Promoter directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion, or their immediate family. - Provide a valid email address.

The promotion commences at 10:00 am on Wednesday, 18th October 2023, and ends at 10:00 am on Thursday 25th January 2024 (Promotion Period). All times are in Australian Western Standard Time.

Eligible entrants can enter the promotion by completing one or more of the following methods of entry during the Promotion Period: - Obtain a quote for an Eligible Budget Direct Policy through Budget Direct's website or by calling the Budget Direct call centre on 1300 306 560, which earns 1 entry for each Eligible Budget Direct Policy quoted. - Purchase a new Eligible Budget Direct Policy through Budget Direct's website or by calling the Budget Direct call centre on 1300 306 560, provided that the new policy remains active, paid-up, and valid for a period no less than 21 days from the purchase date of the policy. This method also earns 1 entry per Eligible Budget Direct Policy purchased, with no maximum limit on entries.

The total maximum prize pool for the promotion is $84,495.25 AUD (including GST). There will be one (1) Eligible Winner selected via electronic draw on 21st February 2024. The prize for the Eligible Winner depends on their method of entry: - If the Eligible Winner received an entry to the Promotion by completing a quote for an Eligible Budget Direct Product, they will win 1 x Audi A1 35 TSI in Progressive Red (total RRP $51,330.00). - If the Eligible Winner received an entry to the Promotion by purchasing an Eligible Budget Direct Product, they will win 1 x Audi Q5 35 TDI in Glacier White (total RRP $83,495.25). Each prize includes twelve months’ registration (including CTP), Stamp Duty, and a twelve (12) month Budget Direct Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy, subject to the Eligible Winner meeting the Insurer’s underwriting criteria as per clause 32 of the Terms and Conditions.
