Win a Weekend Drive Experience worth $1500 thanks to Audi Centre Brighton
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is TiniTrader.com.au (ABN 96 694 955 843) and Audi Centre Brighton (ABN 17 471 925 098)
Entry is open to residents of VIC, NSW, SA, WA and QLD only aged 25 years or over and excludes any employees connected with the administration of the competition.
Prize is redeemable at Audi Centre Brighton only.
One entry per person. Entrants found submitting multiple or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these terms and conditions.
Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. Entries must be received by the promoter before the competition close date and time.
The Promoter does not take responsibility for late or lost entries.
The competition opens 07/10/15 at 9am AEST and closes on 13/11/15 at 17:00 AEST. Entries must be submitted via the tinitrader.com.au website.
The winner will be drawn by random electronic means at 136 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne, Victoria on 13/11/2015. The Promoter may conduct a second draw in the event the winner cannot satisfy these terms and conditions or does not claim the prize.
The winner will be notified by phone by 16/11/15.
Prize is for One (1) Audi Weekend Drive Experience valued at $1500.00 (AUD)
The winner will get a chance to pick up an all new Audi on the Friday of their preferred weekend for a stylish, high-powered adventure. Car allocated will be based on availability and excludes all S, RS and R8 models
The weekend chosen excludes public holidays
Audi Centre Melbourne require 2 weeks’ notice for redemption of the winner’s Weekend Drive Experience
Total value of the Prize is approximately $1500.00 (AUD).
The voucher is valid for 6 months. To claim the voucher, customer must redeem at Audi Centre Brighton. Winners who do not satisfy this condition may transfer the credit to another person who does.
Voucher must be redeemed by 16/05/2016.
The winner is responsible for ensuring they accept the prize in full and in accordance with these terms and conditions. If The Promoter is unable to contact the winner or if the winner does not claim the prize within 3 months of the draw, that winner will forfeit the prize and the second draw referred to above will take place.
Prize is not redeemable for cash.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses including the use of prize on offer, is the responsibility of the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if this competition cannot be run as originally planned.
The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with or is suspected of tampering with the entry process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable for any technical malfunctions or any consequential loss related to or arising from the participation of this competition.
