WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition commences on 5 June, 2014 at 00:01 (AEST) and closes on 30 August, 2014 at 23:59 (AEST). The draw will take place at 11:00 (AEST) on 23 September, 2014 at Storacall Technology LTD T/a X-on, 7 Salamander Court, Mermaid Waters, QLD 4218. Winners will be notified by post and by phone on the 24 September, 2014. Winners will be published in The Australian Newspaper on sale 25 September, 2014.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants must go to www.discoverdownunder.com.au or www.avidarv.com.au and follow the prompts to the competition page to complete the entry form including their name, mailing address, daytime telephone, email address, provide the weekly code word as seen on the Discover Downunder television show and submit the entry as instructed to receive one (1) automatic entry.
Entrants can enter once per week and once per code word.
To receive additional bonus entries, Entrants must complete any of the following steps:
a) Opt in to receive more information from partners associated with the
promotion and receive one (1) bonus automatic entry per partner chosen
b) Provide the bonus code word(s) printed in the publications listed in clause 7 during the promotional period to receive an additional ten (10) entries per code word provided
c) Subscribe to caravan World magazine for 12 months of more during the promotional period to receive an additional fifty (50) entries per booking
d) List your Caravan or Motorhome via TradeRVs.com.au (private sellers only) during the promotional period and receive an additional fifty (50) entries
e) Make a holiday park booking via www.turu.com.au during the promotional period to receive an additional fifty (50) entries per booking

Entrants can also enter via SMS to receive five (5) entries per call or SMS. Entries to the Text / SMS number 1995 1001 must include the entrant’s full name and postcode. SMS entrants will receive a reply message. Multiple calls and SMS are allowed. Entrants must call 1902 551 001, OR send a TEXT / SMS to 1995 1001 during the Promotional Period to register for the promotion. Entries to the 1902 551 001 number must state the entrants full name and daytime contact telephone number (including STD area code). Call cost will be set at a maximum 55 cents including GST. Cost associated with accessing the promotion is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the service provider used. Entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter as many times as they like, however, the use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Fixed line call cost for the 1902 551 001 number is $0.55 cents including GST. Calls from mobiles and public phones may be higher. Maximum cost of SMS 1995 1001 entry is $0.55c including GST. The cost of sending a SMS message is the entrant’s responsibility and will vary dependent on the mobile network used. SMS entries via the Internet are not valid and will not be accepted.

a) The first (1) valid entry drawn from all valid entries received will win first prize valued at $74,069.95 AUD including on road cost and prize includes 12 months full comprehensive insurance.

Prize also includes delivery within Australia, all on road costs and registration. Prize includes 12 months full comprehensive insurance and a Travel Saver card provided by CIL.
Prize does not include other ancillary costs and any accessories unless otherwise stated in clause 12. Any additional insurance, options, accessories and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. In acceptance of the prize, the winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the recreational vehicle prize component in their own name, then such winner may assign the recreational vehicle prize component to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the prize is awarded.
