WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Chemist Warehouse, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter/claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences on 19/03/2015 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/2015 (“Promotional Period”). There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each month of the Promotional Period (“Monthly Draw”), for a total of six (6) Monthly Draws. HOW TO ENTER: To enter a Monthly Draw, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: purchase any one (1) or more Elucent product(s) in a single transaction from any Chemist Warehouse or MyChemist store in Australia, the Chemist Warehouse online store (at chemistwarehouse.com.au), or the MyChemist online store (at www.mychemist.com.au) (“Qualifying Transaction”); and then visit elucentskincare.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, a valid email address, and the full purchase receipt number for the Qualifying Transaction), nominate up to three (3) friends/family members that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2 and who they would like to recommend Elucent products to, by inputting each friend/family member’s name and unique and valid email address (each a “Referred Friend”), upload a scanned copy of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction, and submit the fully completed entry form. Entrants should only refer friends/family members with whom they have a direct relationship and who consent to receiving these types of communications. Each Referred Friend will then receive an email containing information about Elucent products and an invitation to sign-up to receive further communications from the Promoter (“Referral Email”). Upon completion of the above steps, individuals will receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Draw corresponding to when their entry was submitted. The first two thousand (2,000) Referred Friends (“Claimants”) who follow the prompts contained in the Referral Email received from an entrant to sign up to receive further communications from the Promoter during the Promotional Period will receive an Elucent Sample Pack, valued at $9.95 (“Sample Pack”). There will be one thousand (1,000) Elucent Whitening Sample Packs and one thousand (1,000) Elucent Anti-Aging Sample Packs available. Claimants will be able to select which Elucent Sample Pack they would like to receive, subject to availability. Sample Pack offer is strictly limited the first two thousand (2,000) valid claims received. A maximum of one (1) Sample Pack permitted per household. Once two thousand (2,000) valid claims have been received, Referred Friends will still be able to sign-up to further communications from the Promoter, however, will not be eligible to receive a Sample Pack (“Registered Friends”). For the sake of clarity, Referred Friends will not receive an entry into any Monthly Draw in respect of completing the actions outlined in this clause. PRIZES: The first three (3) valid entries drawn in each Monthly Draw will each win their choice of one (1) of the following Elucent Skincare Hampers, valued at up to $279.94 depending on the hamper selected: Elucent Whitening Product Range Hamper, valued at $254.94. The Hamper will contain a selection of Elucent Whitening products, as selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion; OR Elucent Anti-Ageing Product Range Hamper, valued at $279.94. The Hamper will contain a selection of Elucent Anti-Ageing products, as selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
