1. Drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age and hold a current Australian driver’s license.
2. One entry is permitted per person.
3. This competition is open to Australian residents only.

6. Each entrant warrants that their entry content is unique, the entrant’s own or they have permission to use it.
7. Each entrant agrees to receive an automatic subscription to email communications from Hippie Camper (part of Apollo Motorhome Holidays Pty Ltd), Experience OZ and BIG4 Holidays Parks - ’opt out’ available at any time.
8. Competition will run from 21st March – 10th April 5pm AEST 2017. A winner will be announced publically on 12th April 2017. The winner will be notified by email/phone before the 12th April 2017. The winner will need to confirm acceptance of the prize and the winner will be posted on the Hippie Camper social media pages, partner social media pages and the throughout Apollo network.
9. Partners for this competition are: Experience Oz and BIG4 Holidays parks.
10. Winners agree and consent to being contacted in regards to publicity opportunities including
but not limited to: photos, statements for press releases and travel stories, videos footage
etc.

12. Entries will be judged on originality, creativity – this is a game of skill.

This free rental is subject to approval by Hippie Camper/Apollo at all times. There are areas of exclusion for liability cover outlined. By entering this competition winners acknowledge and accept areas of exclusion.
14. Travel is to be taken by the 31st August 2017. Multiple bookings will not be allowed. If the winner does not use the full 7 days all remaining days are forfeited.
15. Dates excluded for travel: 13th April - 20th April 2017, 20th – 25th July 2017 (BNE or SYD pick- ups only).
16. Liability: a $100 AUD bond will be processed, to the guest’s credit card as an authorization at the commencement of the hire period. Credit card holder and nominated driver must be present at pick up to sign the Rental Agreement. See the rental terms and conditions for information on areas covered under VIP/Liability Reduction Option 2 and for areas listed as “your own responsibility”.
17. Valid for hire to/from Hippie branches in Australia only. Hippie branch locations are Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth (one ways from Perth are not available- please refer to rental terms and conditions for travel restrictions)
18. Camper Pick up and drop off is subject to Hippie branch location, opening times and dates Valid for the 2berth Hippie Drift Campervan only.

19. All elements of the prize must be used at the same time and cannot be used separately to this promotion, any full or partial prize not used as part of this trip will be forfeited and not redeemable for cash. Travel to and from the Hippie branch pick up and drop off is the winner’s responsibility and expense.
20. Hire cannot be changed once booked except at the winner’s own expense.
21. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any third party vendor terms and
conditions.
22. It is the winner's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation and a
full Driver’s Licence at the time of the hire. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred during the hire period or as a result of such documents being obtained or not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. If the licence is not written in English a full authorized translation as well as International licence is needed.
23. The nominated winner will be required to cover incidentals including petrol, holiday/travel insurance, visas and passports etc that are not included in the prize.
24. Comprehensive insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. Hippie Camper recommends additional travel insurance when using the prize.
25. Hippie Camper can vary these terms and conditions at any time and will take effect upon publishing on any Hippie Camper websites.
26. Experience Oz prize is valued at $100. Winner must be 18years or over, Voucher must be used by 31st August 2017, nontransferable, or redeemable for cash.
27. BIG4 prize is 2 free nights in a powered campsite at any BIG4 Holiday Park in Australia, Subject to availability at individual parks, not available during Christmas, school holidays, long weekends or peak seasons. Valid for travel until 31st August 2017. Voucher is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, not to be used with any other discounts of special offers. Voucher may only be used for a single stay at one park, cannot be used at multiple parks. Pre-booking is required to claim this prize; please mention roombank slip when making your booking.
28. Hippie Camper is a part of Apollo Motorhome Holidays PTY LTD.
29. Hire cannot be changed once booked except at the winner’s own expense.
30. The Promoter- Hippie Camper – part of Apollo Motorhome Holidays PTY LTD - reserves the
right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
31. If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the
promoters control then a similar prize to equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
32. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
34. Entry in this competition indicates entrants agree to grant Hippie Camper and Apollo Motorhome Holidays a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable right to us to copy, prepare derivative works of, distribute use and commercialize, in any way any information you provide to Hippie Camper and Apollo, including any user generated content, ideas, concepts, techniques or data to the services, you submit to Hippie Camper, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you.
35. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal

injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
36. If for any reason the proper conduct of this promotion is compromised due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant or cancel this Promotion.
37. Employees of the Promoter, Hippie Camper, BIG4 Holiday Parks and Experience Oz and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
38. Fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. To enter, entrants will be required to provide various personal information including but not limited to name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
39. Prize values when stated are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
40. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
41. All personal details of winning entrants will be stored electronically at the office of the Promoter or its agency acting on its behalf in relation to this promotion.
