Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
The Promotion is open to individuals who:
i. are residents of Australia and New Zealand; and
ii. are not employees (or immediate family of such employees) of the
Promoters, or any of its related corporations or any of the agencies
associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prize); and
iii. have not been discovered to have breached Conditions of Entry of
previous contests run by the Promoters (“Entrants”).
iv. Hold a current / valid Visa card.
v. Winners under the age of 18 years redeeming the major prize must be
accompanied by a parent or nominated adult carer and travel with their consent.
Immediate family members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences on Thursday 19 March 2015 at 12.01am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 25 June 2015 at 23:39 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Draws Entrants will be required to:

Purchase a ticket to see any session of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” at Event, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle or Village Cinemas, using their Visa Card or Visa Checkout (Visa Checkout at Event, Greater Union or Birch Carroll & Coyle Cinemas, in Australia only) online at www.eventcinemas.com.au; or www.villagecinemas.com.au; or www.eventcinemas.co.nz; or via the Event Cinema iPhone, iPad or android application or via mobile phones at m.eventcinemas.com.au at m.villagecinemas.com.au at m.eventcinemas.co.nz during the competition dates to automatically be entered into the draw. Entrants will receive one entry into the draw
ii. Patrons can receive a bonus entry into the competition by signing up to Visa Entertainment https://visaentertainment.com.au/signup using the same email address used to purchase tickets, via the link provided on their confirmation email from Event, Greater Union and Birch Carroll & Coyle cinemas or the link provided on the competition entry form from Village cinemas. Visa Entertainment will provide Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle and Village Cinemas with the final entrant list for the purposes of this competition;
iii. Patrons can also receive a bonus entry into the competition when they purchase a Vmax ticket to see any session of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” in Australia or IMAX in New Zealand.
