Item 12 Notification Date Winners will be notified from 10.00 am Monday 30th July, 2018
Item 13 Notification Method Winners will be notified by telephone or email to liaise with
Promoter for Prize fulfilment.
It is the responsibility of each winner to ensure that the details they
provide the Promoter are correct, including without limitation
telephone contact number, email and postal address details, and no
responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any incorrect or out
of date information. Entrants must supply a valid telephone number
with their entry.

Item 15 Prize There will be two (2) MAJOR prize winners – made up of one (1)
trip which includes:
? Two (2) x Return Flights to Cancun, Mexico
? Return private airport transfers from airport to Cancun

? Five (5) x Nights’ Accommodation in a minimum four (4)
star hotel, based on twin share (For Two (2) People)
? Xcaret Day Trip- Plus Pass; includes entrance to

? Cancun Jungle Tour; includes Tulum, Cenote Snorkelling,
4x4 Truck Ride, Zipline, Tandem Skydive & pick up/drop

(Unless otherwise specified; spending money, meals, taxes,
insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from any
departure points, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room
charges and all other ancillary costs are not included).

There will also be twenty (20) RUNNER UP prizes- made up of 20
(twenty) double passes to see Mission Impossible: Fallout at a
cinema of their choice.

Item 17 Special Conditions 1. Entrants may enter this Competition an unlimited number
of times, however each entry must be a new and unique
answer to the question set out in Item 7.
2. Entrants must comment on the Post during the
Competition Period, comments time-stamped outside the
Competition Period will not be considered valid entries.
3. Winner to be judged based on creativity of answer to the
question set out at Item 7 above, decision of Promoter will
be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that
includes comments that are inappropriate or offence, as
determined in Promoter’s sole and reasonable discretion.
5. The drawn major winner has to be available for the stunt in
Sydney on 2
nd August, 2018. (No accommodation or
flights to Sydney for the stunt will be included in the prize)
6. The MAJOR prize winner can travel up to 12 months from
date of draw. However, travel must be booked within two
months of winner notification.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, no travel or accommodation is
included in the Prize, and winners and their guests will be
required to make their own way to the Show. Changes and
cancellations to a booking may be subject to fees. All
inclusions are subject to availability at time of booking.
8. This Competition is open to Australian residents only.
9. Prize value is “up to” only and not a hard figure, Prize
value subject to change and be less than amount stated in
Item 15 above.
10. This Competition is open to persons aged 18 years and
over only, Show venue operators may request ID before
granting entry into a venue and if a winner and/or their
guest do not have a valid ID the Prize will be forfeited and
no alternative prizing will be offered.
11. The artist that the Prize winners win these elements of the
prize will be determined solely at the discretion of the
Promoter and/or the artist management and such
elements are subject at all times to the availability of Niall
Horan and their management. The Promoter is not
responsible for these elements of the Prize and if an artist
or all artists are unavailable no alternative prizing will be
offered.
12. If a Prize winner and their guest are unable to attend the
concert at the Show they selected in their entry form, the
Prize will be forfeited and no alternative prizing will be
offered.
13. This Competition and the distribution of the Prize is run in
conjunction with Mission Impossible 6 film distributor
Paramount Pictures Corporation and Paramount Pictures

accordance with Clause 14 of the General Terms.
