The competition commences on the 3rd November and ends midnight 13th November 2016 EST.
Here’s how to enter;
Simply Like, Share and Comment on the competition post to be in with a chance of winning.
Three winners will be picked at random and will each win a new Australian Ergoflex 5G Memory Foam Pillow. Entry is open to Australian residents only, 18yrs and above. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
The winners will be notified on the 14th November 2016. The names will be published on the Ergoflex Facebook page. The winners will have until the 30th November 2016 to claim their prize. If the winners fail to claim their prize by this date a subsequent person will be chosen on 1st December 2016.
The prize also includes free delivery (except to regional WA, NT, Far North QLD, Islands and regional TAS) to the customer's address within the Australian mainland including Tasmania but does not include the bed base, pillows, bedding, furniture or any other item shown on competition imagery or on the Ergoflex website. The pillow also includes a 3 Year Ergoflex warranty valid in Australia only. If the pillow is taken outside of Australia the warranty becomes invalid. The warranty is also non-transferable.
The pillow must be redeemed/received/delivered by the 31st December 2016 or will be forfeited unless out of stock. If out of stock the winner will be notified and will be delivered as soon as stock is available. Ergoflex will not be liable in the event that the winning entrant is unable to use the prize for any reason.
The pillow is not exchangeable for another Ergoflex product once delivered and removed from its packaging, neither can it be returned to Ergoflex if unsuitable. The pillow cannot at any time be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person or used in conjunction with any other special offer.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Ergoflex will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including any indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the winning entrant in connection with his or her use of the prize.
Subject to any direction given under any applicable law, Ergoflex reserve the right to extend, delay, suspend, modify or cancel the promotion due to the occurrence of any matter that has a material affect on the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
Ergoflex accepts no responsibility for lost entries and may refuse to accept late or illegible entries. Ergoflex Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant that is not in accordance with these Terms. In particular Ergoflex can disqualify any entrant who is ineligible or who has tampered with any entry; and request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the time of claiming their prize.
Upon submitting and entry into the competition, the entry becomes the property of Ergoflex. We may use personal information collected from you for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing material and information in the form of emails. However if you wish to cease receiving any such information you may let us know either by email or mail and your request will be actioned as soon as possible.
A person who enters into the promotion is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
