- Entries close on midnight 28 March 2013 (Australian Eastern Time).
- The first valid entry drawn from all entries will win one place (twin share) on World Expeditions’ 19 day Everest Base Camp 60th Anniversary trek in May 2013 valued at $3290. The land portion of the prize inclusions are as per the inclusions listed on the tour web page.
- The prize includes one return economy class airfare from Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney to Kathmandu courtesy of Thai Airways International. Taxes are not included and are at the winner’s expense.
- The winner will be required to write three blog updates for Thai Airways International, supply one article and image for the World Expeditions enewsletter, and post minimum two entries with images on the World Expeditions Facebook page.
- Nepal visa and travel insurance are not included
- Any pre / post night hotels and airport transfers outside the scheduled tour dates, or other ancillary costs not mentioned in the detailed trip notes or within these terms and conditions, are not included.
- The offer is only valid for travel on our 15 May 2013 departure and cannot be transferred to any other departure.
- World Expeditions reserves the right to amend the trip based on any changes in the operating environment.
- Valid on a twin share basis only, a single supplement is payable if you choose not to share a room with another traveller.
- Reservations must be made directly with World Expeditions and a booking form must be completed and signed by the participant acknowledging our terms and conditions of participation.
- The prize may not be transferred to another person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
- Neither the prize, nor any portion of it, used or unused is redeemable for cash.
- The winning entry will be drawn 29 March 2013 and the winner will be contacted by phone and announced in our April 2013 enewsletter as well as on our Facebook page.
- The winner will have until 15 April to contact us to claim their prize otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
