Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in EVO by Bio Sculpture’s “HEALTHY NAILS” Facebook competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. WHO MAY ENTER: The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are those who (i) are residents of Australia, (ii) are professional nail technicians and/or beauty therapists that hold a relevant qualification from either TAFE, university, or Bio Sculpture training course, (iii) are not (a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this Competition, or of any entity specified in Condition 1.4, or (b) members of the immediate family of any such employees or contractors. “Immediate family” means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
3. The Competition commences 28th April 2016 and ends 5:00 PM (AEST) 31st May 2016.
4. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the Competition is free.
5. To enter, individuals must “like” the Facebook post the Competition was first promoted on, as well as complete the form found at https://www.biosculpture.com.au/evo-healthy-nails-competition-2016/ (“Entry Form”) and fill all required fields, including entering in 25 words or less which EVO by Bio Sculpture health benefit they love most and why. The Entry Form of the competition must be successfully submitted by 5:00 PM on 31st May 2016 (AEST). There is a limit of 1 entry per person. Winners will be posted on the official Bio Sculpture Australia Facebook page, www.facebook.com/biosculpture on 1st June 2016. The winners will be selected at the sole discretion of the promotor, based on originality and impact of the winners responses.

7. The Winners will be notified by email by 2nd June 2016. If a Winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the relevant draw, the promoters reserve the right at their absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner based on another successfully competition entry, or be selected at the sole discretion of the Promotor (depending on which Winner could not be contacted).
8. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries, whether due to technical or connectivity problems, or otherwise.
9. The Prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
10. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12. The Promoters’ reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions, or cancel the Competition at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond their reasonable control.
13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use of a prize.
14. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
15. Australian law applies and the Australian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
