Win an exceptional island holiday with Club Med! - (1) Terms and conditions: The competition is open to all applicants of 18 years and older residing in Australia, with the exception of the employees of the Organiser or of the companies involved in creating the Game, and of their direct family (parents, brothers and sisters, children) and any other person living in the same household. The personal data relating to participants is intended to the Organizer for the sole purpose of administering participation in the Game, unless opt in has been ticked. To be eligible for the competition, participants need to answer to the questions asked in the form. Only one entry is permitted per person. The winner will be contacted by midnight on March 1st. If a winning participant does not respond within 15 days of sending this email, he/she will be deemed to have renounced his/her prize, which will then be offered to a second winner. Each winner must accept that the Promoter will publish his/her first name, surname and country, the date he/she won and details of the prize on the Website, without giving any right to compensation or benefit other than allocation of the prize. No cost related to the participation will be refunded. The primary winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for holding a valid passport and visa if applicable at the time of travel. The winner and his/her companion must travel on the same itinerary and the following conditions apply relating to the Club Med stay. Club Med portion is valid for 7 nights for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 18 years) in 2 x Club Rooms at Club Med Bintan Island. Your prize must be used before one year from competition finish date and dates are subject to availability. Black out period applies for peak holiday travel (Christmas and NYE), Chinese New Year, Australian school holidays and other dates. Your holiday can only be booked within 2 months before departure for low season dates, and within 30 days before departure for all other dates. Prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Flights are not included in this prize. Return ferry and transfer is included to/from Changi International Airport. Prize includes: accommodation, 3 gourmet meals a day, all day snacking, premium open bar including beer, wine and spirits, Kids Clubs for children over 4 years old (Petit and Baby Club at extra cost), and sports and activities.
