Entry into the "Red Spice Road 9th Birthday Giveaway" (the "Competition") is open to all residents of Victoria over the age of 18 years. The Promoter is Apples & Pears Entertainment Group (ABN: 46126101942) of 27 McKillop Street, Melbourne (the "Promoter"). Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter and the agencies associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entry into the "Red Spice Road 9th Birthday Giveaway" (the "Competition") is open to all residents of Victoria over the age of 18 years. The Promoter is Apples & Pears Entertainment Group (ABN: 46126101942) of 27 McKillop Street, Melbourne (the "Promoter"). Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Competition begins at 00.01(AEST) on Thursday 1st September 2016 and closes at 23:59 (AEST) on Friday 30th September 2016 (the "Competition Period").
To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must: (a) be over the age of 18 years; (b) register their name and email address on the online entry form at http://apeg.co/turning9 ;(c) opt-in to the Apples & Pears Entertainment Group (APEG) email newsletter list and agree to receive email news and exclusive offers from the Apples & Pears Entertainment Group of venues (including Red Spice Road, Red Spice QV, Burma Lane and Meat Fish Wine) via the email address nominated on the entry form; and (d) opt-in to to receive exclusive offers and news from Edge Loyalty (owner of Spa.com.au) and its related bodies corporate via the email address nominated on the entry form.
All entries must include the entrant's name, email address and post code to be eligible for entry. Incomplete entries will be ineligible. The Prize winner will be notified by email as supplied on the entry form.
PRIZES
There are 3 prizes to be won: 1. An exclusive dinner for eight guests prepared in your home by Red Spice Road Executive Chef, John McLeay. A personal waiter from Red Spice Road will be provided to serve the dinner party; 2. A $200 dining voucher that can be redeemed at Red Spice Road (to be used in one sitting), a $100 spa and wellness gift card, a twin pack (gift boxed) of 2014 Macedon Pinot Noir and 2014 Heathcote Shiraz (valued at $100) and a signed Road to QV cookbook; 3.A $200 dining voucher that can be redeemed at Red Spice QV (to be used in one sitting), a bottle of Billecart-Salmon Brut R�serve Champagne, a jeroboam of Babich Black Label Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and a signed Road to QV cookbook.
The arrangement for the Grand Prize will be arranged at a suitable time and date as agreed by all parties.
The dining voucher prizes can be used for either lunch or dinner, provided the restaurants are in operation and not already booked on the requested date.
Prizes must be redeemed before 31st March 2017.
The total maximum Prize pool value is $3000.00. The Prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of the competition. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prizes occurring between the competition date and date the Prizes are claimed. All Prize values are in Australian dollars.
JUDGING AND AWARD OF PRIZES
Entry is deemed upon completing the online entry form and opting into the APEG email database. Successful entry will unlock opportunities to gain additional entries by completing additional steps as outlined via the online form at http://apeg.co/turning9
The draw date is Monday October 3, 9am AEST. This is a game of chance. Each entry will be entered into the draw. The 3 winners will be drawn at random. No single winner may win more than 1 prize.
If a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by the stipulated date, then the Prize will be forfeited and a substitute prize will not be offered in lieu of the Prize.
AGE
Entrants must be over 18 years old to enter the Competition. Any entry from persons who do not meet this age criteria will be ineligible for entry.
GENERAL
All entrants agree to provide the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent with proof of identity, residency, age and/or proof of entry validity if selected as the Prize winner/s or if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel or vary the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter's opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize/s for any reason beyond its control
In the event that the Promoter cancels or varies the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
Entrants are advised that "opt-in" entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information for future promotional and marketing. By opting-in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. The Promoter will only use this information for their own requirements and will not share this information with any third party as stipulated in the Promoters privacy policy which can be viewed at http://apeg.co/privacy.
No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter's database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for any delays to entry caused by technical disruptions or malfunctions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates. To enter, entrants must go in person to http://apeg.co/turning9. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. Only genuine entries from individuals are permitted.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.
Entrants are advised that their personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and their names as the winner may be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation
A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
