TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the H2coco & Cronulla Sharks competition, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
Standard Terms
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Who Can Enter
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.3, entry is open to all residents of Australia.
2.2 Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of both H2coco Pty Ltd and the Cronulla Sutherland Sharks Football Club and both their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption) parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
2.3
(a) Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entry; and
(b) Aged under 18 years old if applicant has obtained consent off a parent or guardian to enter the Promotion on these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 6th August at 12am (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 19th August 2018 at 11:59pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to be eligible for entry into the draw, each entrant must submit an answer to the question “Who or what motivates you to make healthy choices?” via the landing page or via social media during the Competition Period.
3.3 No entrants will be taken after the conclusion of the competition.
3.4 The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries).
How to Win
4.1 Each entrant must submit an answer to the question “Who or what motivates you to make healthy choices?” via the landing page or via social media during the Competition Period.
4.2 This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, and a winner chose by H2coco Pty Ltd based upon individual creative merit.
4.3 The winner will be notified via email and by phone on the day their name is drawn.
4.4 The Promoters decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
4.5 Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and condition will not be considered valid and will not be included in the draw. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. In the event that the winner cannot attend the event, another number will be drawn from a random number generator.
Prizes

5.2 Post-match access to the Dressing Room is at the discretion of Cronulla Sharks, Please note travel is not included so you must be able to make your own way there.
5.3 Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
5.4 The winning entrant must claim their prize either by answering the call or email from H2coco Pty Ltd. The prize must be claimed within 48 hours of the first contact made with the competition winner on Monday 2oth August 2018.
5.5 In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
5.6 The winner must, on request by the Promoter, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that they are an eligible entrant (as per clauses 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3) and has complied with these terms and conditions.
5.7 The winner consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness and image if they win (including photographs, film and or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).
