Full Terms and Conditions of Entry:
The “Promotion Details” and any other information provided on how to enter the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter of the Promotion is Koko Black Australia Pty Ltd ABN 61 610 218 383 of Level 1, 110 Gaffney St, Coburg, VIC 3058.
The Golden Ticket Competition commences in Australia on November 25, 2016 and closes December 24, 2016. Koko Black takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to trade disruptions, human error, or for any other reason. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
How to enter:
ONLINE: Visit kokoplaytime.com and register your full name, email address and phone number and purchase any gift box online at http://www.kokoblack.com/shop/shop/gift-boxes.html?___SID=U between November 25, 2016 and December 24, 2016 to enter. By doing so you are willingly registering to receive promotional material from Koko Black Australia via email.
INSTORE: Purchase any gift box instore using our Praline Guide and register your details on the order form instore to enter (the following information is required to qualify for entry in to the competition: full name, email address and mobile number, you must also subscribe to our email database which in turn registers you to receive promotional material from Koko Black Australia via email).
In order to be eligible: Entries must be received by Koko Black during the Promotional Period.
A total of one (1) winner will be drawn at the end of the promotional period [totalling one (1) Prize winner]. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified in writing by email within ten (10) business days of the draw, relying on contact details provided by the entrant either online through kokoplaytime.com or details registered in store. The winner’s name will also be announced on Koko Black’s social media channels.
The prize consists of an exclusive, after hours chocolate experience at Koko Black’s Collins Street store (located at 52 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000). The prize allows the recipient to invite a total of ten (10) friends to share with them in the prize when redeemed in store.
The prize is valued at $3,000 AUD and must be redeemed by March 31, 2017. The date will be subject to availability and will be determined by Koko Black Australia. Should the Prize winner not redeem the Prize in store by March 31, 2017 the prize will no longer be valid.
The Prize must be taken as offered, is not exchangeable or transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that the prize, or any part of it, is unavailable, Koko Black reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize values are the recommended retail value at the time of publication of these Conditions of Entry. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize. Any incidental costs relating to the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize winners. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a recipient does not accept or take the Prize stipulated by Koko Black then the Prize will be forfeited by the recipient and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
The winner must be able to provide proof of purchase for any Koko Black Seasonal Keepsake or signature praline gift box (either purchased online or in store) during the promotional period. If, for any reason, the prize recipient cannot provide proof of purchase, the recipient will forfeit the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Winners will be selected by chance; skill plays no part in this competition.
Koko Black shall endeavour to contact the Prize recipients via their email account. In the event that a Prize recipient cannot be contacted, that recipient will forfeit the Prize.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a recipient does not accept or take the Prize stipulated by Koko Black then the Prize will be forfeited by the recipient and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize
Koko Black reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants (including proof of identity, age and residency). Koko Black may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry which in the opinion of Koko Black includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in Koko Black’s opinion, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion or Koko Black. Koko Black reserves the right to disqualify any entry, including a Prize recipient, if Koko Black becomes aware that the entry is not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Koko Black shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with participation in the Promotion or accepting or utilising the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Koko Black may use personal details for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including the use of Social Media to name winners.
Koko Black collects personal information to enable participants to take part in this Promotion and for internal research purposes. No other use of this information will be made without a participant’s consent. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Koko Black at its address set out above.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination (including but not limited to computer virus, vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest and strikes), Koko Black may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and/or Prize arrangements and recommence it at a later date.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Product Orders
Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
We supply and despatch our products to customers within Australia only.
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Packaging and postage is $15.00 flat fee, calculated at time of purchase. Gift Vouchers do not incur a delivery fee.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website and below at item 21. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
Koko Black will not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.

Order Cancellation Due To Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
Product Returns
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated contact us webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Privacy
We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
