Eligibility Australian residents aged 18 years or over are eligible to enter this Promotion. Employees of the Promoter (or any related entity of the Promoter) and their Immediate Families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. 2. Entry By entering this Promotion, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions. A person may only enter this Promotion once and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period. Entrants agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and understand that their email address will be passed on to BonVoyage, so that they can email entrants special offers (which they can opt-out of at anytime). In order for the Promoter to notify the winner, the entrant must provide his or her full name, address, contact number and e-mail address upon request. The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid. To enter, entrants must. To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form available at www.BonVoyage.com.au/Promo/Win, providing their email. Prize There will be 12 prizes (12 winners). Travel dates are subject to availability. Meals and any other expenses not explicitly stated as an inclusion of the prize are excluded. Prize Two $1000 of Bon Voyage Store Credit:  Store credit can be redeemed towards any Bon Voyage purchase once the site goes live and will be valid for 12 months from this date. Store credit cannot be substituted for cash.  Prize two will be awarded to the entrant who receives the highest count of friend entries, who enter from their unique link. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the providers of the Prize. 4. Draws The winner of prize one and the runner up winners will be drawn at 12pm AEST on the 19th of July 2017. These winners will be drawn by random selection. The first winner drawn will receive prize one. The winner of prize two will be selected simultaneously, and awarded to the entrant who received the highest count of friends that entered from their unique link. In the instance there are multiple entrants with the same referral count, the prize will be awarded to the winner who reached the winning amount of referrals first. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency. Winners The winners of the prizes will be announced on the Bon Voyage Facebook page and Promoter’s website (www.scoopon.com.au) from 3pm AEST on the 19th of July 2017. The winners of the prizes must sign any release form that may be required by the Promoter or supplier of a prize. After announcement of the winners, the Promoter will notify the winners via email to arrange delivery of the prizes. 6. Unclaimed or forfeited prize If a prize is unclaimed or forfeit, the Promoter will draw a winner for the unclaimed prize 3 months after the initial draw at 12pm AEST on the 19th of October 2017, using the same method specified in section 4 and will notify the winner using the same method specified in section 5. The redraw will take place at Permitz Group Pty Ltd at Suite 3.11, 4 Ilya Ave, Erina NSW 2250. 7. Forfeited prize The Promoter may forfeit a prize if a winner refuses to sign any release form specified in section 5 or a winner refuses to accept a prize in accordance with these terms. 8. Promoter’s rights The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence).
