Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Australian residents aged 18 years or over are eligible to enter this Promotion. Employees of
the Promoter (or any related entity of the Promoter) and their Immediate Families are not
eligible to enter this Promotion.
2. Entry
By entering this Promotion, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions. A person may
only enter this Promotion once and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period.
Entrants agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and understand that their email address will
be passed on to BonVoyage, so that they can email entrants special offers (which they can
opt-out of at anytime). In order for the Promoter to notify the winner, the entrant must
provide his or her full name, address, contact number and e-mail address upon request. The
Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid. To enter, entrants must. To enter, entrants
must complete the online entry form available at www.BonVoyage.com.au/Promo/Win,
providing their email. For bonus entries, entrants can:
1. Provide their Instagram handle in the entry form and then follow the
@bonvoyagetravel_ Instagram account for 25 bonus entries; and/or
2. Share their unique URL link provided after submitting the entry form, and if an
entrant’s friend enters using this unique link, the original entrant will receive 25 bonus
entries into the draw.
3. Prize
There will be 12 prizes (12 winners). Prizes will consist of:
Prize One
A holiday to Bali, Indonesia for 2 adults consisting of:
 Return airfares to Bali, Indonesia for all guests, made up of:
o Return economy domestic flight to Melbourne, departing from the winner’s
closest capital city; and
o Return international business class flight from Melbourne to Bali, Indonesia.
o All flights will include:
 1 piece of checked luggage per person (maximum weight of 23
kilograms per traveller); and
 1 piece of carry-on luggage per person (maximum weight of 7
kilograms per traveller).
 A 5 night stay in a Resort View Room for 2 at the Ayana Resort and Spa, Bali including
daily breakfast;
 VIP return airport transfers within Bali;
 Private 5 course dinner for both guests, valued at up to $235;
 Daily 60-minute spa treatment for both guests;
 Daily cocktail and canapes;
 3 Course dinner with wine at Rock Bar, Bali valued at up to $200;
 Uber Black return airport transfers within Australia (within a 30km radius from the
airport); and
 $1000 spending money to be provided to the winner in the form of a crossed-cheque,
or in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer if the winner so requests.
 The value of prize one is valued at up to $12,896. Prize is valid for redemption from the
1st of May 2017 until the 23rd of December 2017, excluding the following blackout
period:
o 15 July – 8 October 2017.
 All bookings are subject to availability. Travel dates are subject to availability. Meals
and any other expenses not explicitly stated as an inclusion of the prize are excluded.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and accommodation and flight
components cannot be substituted for cash. If the prize is not redeemed during the
validity period, the prize will be void. Travel insurance is recommended. The winner of
prize one will be randomly drawn from all eligible entrants.
Prize Two
$1000 of Bon Voyage Store Credit:
 Store credit can be redeemed towards any Bon Voyage purchase once the site goes
live and will be valid for 12 months from this date. The Store Credit will be applied to
the winner’s Bon Voyage account linked to their email address. Store credit cannot
be substituted for cash.
 Prize two will be awarded to the entrant who receives the highest count of friend
entries, who enter from their unique link.
Runner Up Prizes (10 Prizes)
10 winners will receive an overnight stay at a 5-star hotel in their capital city, valued at up to
$400 each”The hotel will be selected by Bon Voyage, at their complete discretion
 Each stay must be redeemed by the 3rd of November 2017;
 If the prize is not redeemed during the validity period, the prize will be void
 Blackout periods apply during each state specific school holiday period;
 All prizes will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the selected hotel,
and bookings will be subject to availability.
Runners Up will also receive:
 A 3 course dinner for 2;
 A 60-minute spa treatment for 2; and
 A bottle of champagne or wine on arrival.
Value of all Runner Up prizes, including inclusions, is up to $9000.
The total prize pool will be valued at up to $22896. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may
substitute that Prize with a prize that is equal in value or type, subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the providers of
the Prize.
4. Draws
The winner of prize one and the runner up winners will be drawn at 12pm AEST on the 19th of
July 2017. These winners will be drawn by random selection. The first winner drawn will receive
prize one. The winner of prize two will be selected simultaneously, and awarded to the
entrant who received the highest count of friends that entered from their unique link. In the
instance there are multiple entrants with the same referral count, the prize will be awarded to
the winner who reached the winning amount of referrals first. The random draws will take
place at Permitz Group Pty Ltd at Suite 3.11, 4 Ilya Ave, Erina NSW 2250. The Promoter reserves
the right to request the winners provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency. The
Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry
before awarding the prizes.
5. Winners
The winners of the prizes will be announced on the Bon Voyage Facebook page and
Promoter’s website (www.scoopon.com.au) from 3pm AEST on the 19th of July 2017. The
winners of the prizes must sign any release form that may be required by the Promoter or
supplier of a prize. After announcement of the winners, the Promoter will notify the winners
via email to arrange delivery of the prizes.
6. Unclaimed or forfeited prize
If a prize is unclaimed or forfeit, the Promoter will draw a winner for the unclaimed prize 3
months after the initial draw at 12pm AEST on the 19th of October 2017, using the same
method specified in section 4 and will notify the winner using the same method specified in
section 5. The redraw will take place at Permitz Group Pty Ltd at Suite 3.11, 4 Ilya Ave, Erina
NSW 2250.
7. Forfeited prize
The Promoter may forfeit a prize if a winner refuses to sign any release form specified in
section 5 or a winner refuses to accept a prize in accordance with these terms.
8. Entrant’s personal information
By entering this Promotion, the entrant consents to:
a. the Promoter, or any of its affiliated entities, using the entrant’s details for future
marketing and promotional purposes, except if notified otherwise by the entrant;
b. if entrants are winners, the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and voice in
any media platform; and
c. disclosing the entrant’s personal information to third parties, including agents,

9. Promoter’s rights
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity,
age and place of residence). The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, who tampers with the entry
process or who uses automated entry software or other mechanical or electronic means that
allows a person to automatically enter repeatedly. The Promoter may either disqualify an
entrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion if this Promotion is interfered
with or this Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably expected due to a
reason beyond the control of the Promoter, including technical difficulties, unauthorised
intervention or fraud, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
10. Promoter’s liability
To the maximum extent permissible by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss,
expense, damage or liability (including death or personal injury) that may be suffered or
incurred by a person in entering this Promotion or accepting and using the prizes, howsoever
arising. If the Promoter is liable, the Promoter’s liability is limited to either resupply of the goods
or services. This section 10 does not alter a person’s rights under the Australian Consumer
Law.

11. Definitions
For this Promotion, the following terms have the following meanings:
Term Meaning
AEST/AEDT AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time. AEDT means
Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
Immediate Family Any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or
step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
