Full Terms & Conditions Hahn On Premise Promotion COLLECTION NOTICE Lion Pty Ltd collects your personal information (first name, last name, postcode, email address and date of birth) via Shazam when you enter this promotion for the purposes of your entry into the promotion. If we do not collect your personal information online, you will not be able to submit a valid entry into the promotion or claim your prize. We may disclose this personal information to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the sole purpose of processing and conducting this promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. Eligibility 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This promotion is limited to venues that have been invited by the Promoter to participate ("Participating Venue"). Promotional Period 3. The promotion commences at 00.01 EST on 16/04/18 and closes at 23.59 EST on 04/06/18 or while stocks of game card last (“Promotional Period”). Entry 4. For a chance to win, participants must do the following within the Promotional Period: (a) Purchase any two (2) Hahn Super Dry or Hahn Super Dry 3.5 bottles, pints or schooners to share from a Participating Venue to receive a game card; (b) Scratch the panel on the game card to reveal the unique entry code; (c) Either: (i) use the Shazam Application (available for download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store) to Shazam (scan) the visual code on the game card, which will direct you to the promotion entry web page; OR (ii) visit the venue specific URL on the game card to locate the promotion entry web page; (d) fully complete and submit the online entry form (including your full name, postcode, email address, date of birth and unique entry code located on the game card); and (e) Consent to receive marketing communications from Hahn and submit the online entry form by 04/06/18. 5. Limit applies of one entry per person per day. 6. Entrants must retain a clear copy of their original receipt as proof of valid purchase during the Promotional Period. Prize 7. Total RRP value of prizes across promotion = $1,049,700. Total RRP value of all available prizes in each Participating Venue = $2099.40. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), transfers and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. 9. The maximum number of game cards to be randomly distributed for this promotion is 250,000. Each Participating Venue will have 500 game cards to distribute. Each game card will have a 1 in 10 chance of winning an instant prize. Winner Notification 10. Winners will be notified instantly online and winners’ names will be published on www.hahn.com.au/win on 12/06/18. Winners will be directed on how to redeem their prize and time limitations for redemption via eDM which will include their prize details. 11. Entrants whose promotional page reveals ‘Sorry, you have not won an instant prize’ will not win a prize. Prize Specific Conditions 12. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. 13. All valid claims to prizes and entitlements made during and at the end of the Promotional Period will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters outside the control of the individual entrants will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize. All instant prizes must be redeemed during the Promotional Period. 14. Conditions for the redemption of The Iconic gift cards: (a) From time to time we may release gift cards that may be used on the Site. Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Site in accordance with the special terms and conditions stated on them. (b) Gift cards are valid for 12 months only. No extensions or changes in validity will be offered. Certain Products may be excluded from gift card promotions. (c) Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of a gift card, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you. If the credit of a gift card is insufficient for the Order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means (but not by using another gift card or attempting to rely on any other offer). Please note that only one gift card can be used per Order. (d) Gift cards are applied to invoices as a whole. Accordingly, in circumstances where multiple Products are purchased using a gift card, and one or more Products are returned, the discount is applied on a pro rata basis to each Product for the purpose of establishing refund values. 15. Conditions for the redemption of the Anaconda eGift Card: Please treat Gift cards and eGift cards as cash. Gift cards and eGift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Once activated they may be redeemed for purchases at any Anaconda store or site in the country of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash. The funds will be verified on request, at the time of purchase or by completing a balance enquiry. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in part against future purchases at Anaconda stores / sites. The card expires two years after purchase. Any balance that remains on the Gift or eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use. A $10 minimum value must be loaded at time of purchase. Gift and or eGift cards cannot be reloaded. Maximum value per Gift or eGift cards is $500. 16. Conditions for the redemption of the JB Hi Fi eGift Card; (1) JB Hi Fi Gift Cards (Gift Cards) entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption. (2) Gift Cards are only redeemable within any JB Hi-Fi Store in Australia and the online retail store www.jbhifi.com.au. (3) Gift Cards are not redeemable for goods purchased from JB Hi-Fi Solutions (including goods purchased from JB Hi-Fi Solutions websites). (4) Gift Cards are not redeemable for JB Hi-Fi Education Orders, BYOD Portal Orders or Family and Friends Orders (Including goods purchased from these websites). (5) Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash. (6) The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST. (7) Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash. (8) If the Gift Card holder's order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the retail price of the goods or services. (9) All Gift Cards sold at JB Hi-Fi or at third party locations do not expire. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time even if a Gift Card specifies an expiry date. This excludes Ultimate Kids Gift Cards, Ultimate Teens Gift Cards, free Gift Cards and Gift Cards issued as part of a promotion/customer loyalty offer, which will be subject to any expiry date stated on those cards. JB Hi-Fi Gift Cards issued via the Promoter Lion – Beer, Spirits & Wine Pty Ltd, are valid for six (6) months. No extensions or changes in validity will be offered. (10) Should JB Hi-Fi suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, JB Hi-Fi may refuse to redeem the Gift Card until JB Hi-Fi is satisfied that no fraud has occurred. (11) JB Hi-Fi is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Cards. Please contact a JB Hi-Fi store immediately if your Gift Card has been lost/stolen. Lost/stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided and the Gift Card has not been redeemed. (12) Gift Cards are not sold and are unable to be redeemed at the Sydney Airport store. 17. Conditions for the redemption of the Run Keeper eGift Card; Gifts will be redeemable for seven years from the date at which they were purchased. Gift Cards do not assess any service fees for non-use. Each entrant acknowledges that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, and to the extent permitted by law, releases Shazam from any and all liability in relation to this competition. Any queries, comments or complaints about this competition must be directed to the Promoter and not Shazam. 20. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value. 21. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol and in NSW, the Code of Practice for Responsible Service of Alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol. 24. Any personal property rights in entries are owned by the Promoter.
