Once online entrants must complete the entry form in full including but not limited to Name, Address, Date of birth, Email Address, Phone Number and answer in 25 words or less ‘What question you would ask Culture Club if you met them?’ PRIZES: MAJOR PRIZE There will be one (1) national prize, consisting of: • One (1) double pass (2 tickets) to Jonesy & Amanda’s EXCLUSIVE Q&A session with Culture Club • Access to Culture Club sound check • Two (2) VIP double tickets to Culture Club LIVE at the Hordern Pavilion on Sunday 12th June 2016 • Two (2) x Return economy airfares from the winners nearest capital city to Sydney, for the winner and one guest; • Hotel accommodation for one night at a minimum 4 star hotel, for the winner and one guest in one hotel room; • Return airport/hotel transfers Please note the major winner and their guest must travel together and must leave from the winners nearest capital city as specified in their entry. The major winner and their guest must be available to travel at a time determined by the Promoter between Saturday 11th June and Monday 13th June 2016.
