Online Registration Period Opens 03 Sep 2018 at 09:00 AEST Closes 16 Sep 2018 at 23:59 AEST Entry Restrictions Entrants must own or lease a property and must be able to allow the Promoter and its contractors and agents access to the property for refurbishings between 19 Sep 2018 and 26 Sep 2018 (Event). If the entrant is not the owner of the relevant property, they must obtain consent from the landlord to enter the competition and the landlord must agree to providing the Promoter and its contractors and agents access to the property and for the Event to take place. Entrants must 18 or over. Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA. Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period visit the Website, register their details and describe in twenty five (25) words or less "What ‘not to be outdone’ item needs to be in your Man Cave?". At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge entries in accordance with the Judging Details to determine one winner. Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging criteria: All entries will be judge on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, or as otherwise specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and there may be a time factor applied. Prize Details Type Prize No. Available Value (incl GST) Major An internal “Man Cave” makeover for one (1) room in the winner’s property (as agreed between the Promoter and the winner). The “Man Cave” makeover will include interior designs by Sarah Hanisch and various furniture and refurbishings to be agreed between the winner and the Promoter. The winner must meet with the Promoter to agree on a theme and must provide the Promoter and its contractors and agents access to the property between 19 Sep 2018 and 26 Sep 2018. The “Man Cave” makeover does not include any structural or interior renovations (unless otherwise specified by the Promoter) and is limited to designs, funiture and refurbishings. 1 Up to $30,000.00 Total Prize Pool: Up to $30,000.00 Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be provided to a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another Promotion conducted by the Promoter. Additional Terms All costs associated with the prize that are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including any costs for removal of any preexisting furniture, are the responsibility of the winner. Any individuals at the Event who fail to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers may be asked to leave the Event site, and may be disqualified from the Promotion. In the case of extreme or wet weather, at the Promoter’s discretion the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the Event at any time.
