Win an Intrepid Travel 'Real Food' Adventure & blog for Kaleidoscopic Travel!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Entrants must be Australian Citizens to enter and be above the age of 18 years old. Entrants must submit their name, email address and Instagram account on the entry page and #kaleidoscopicphotocomp their photo on Instagram to win this “game of skill”. The photograph entered must be a photo taken by the entrant. Any photo’s found to be used without consent of the owner will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to verify the photograph and ask for identification of the entrant. If the entry or identification cannot be verified to the promoters satisfaction, then the entry will be deemed invalid.
The image must not include;
a.) Any image of someone without their express consent. If the entrant includes someone in a picture they are agreeing that they have the express consent of the person.
b.) The entry may not include any content that is illegal, infringes on any human or animal rights, is obscene, is offensive, is defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate including nudity.
Entrants will be judged by the Directors of Kaleidoscopic Travel Pty Ltd on the 15th of January 2016 and the top 20 entrants will be displayed at the AFTA Travel Expo in Adelaide on the 13th and 14th of Feb, 2016. General Public who attend this event will vote for the best Instagram Picture and the person who receives the most votes will be deemed the winner of this competition. The winner will be announced on the 19th of Feb, 2016 via email and announced on Facebook and Instagram. Intrepid Tour dates offered to the winner will be subject to low season and the cheapest flights available. Entrant will be able to upgrade airfare to another carrier or class if they pay the difference between the cheapest fare at the time and the flights of choice. The prize will only be valid for 12 months from the 19th of February, 2016. The tour cannot be changed to another type of tour. The tour and the flights are not exchangeable for cash. Any expenses whilst on the trip will not be covered by Kaleidoscopic Travel Pty Ltd. The winner will be responsible for complying with all visa and passport requirements and any costs incurred will be at the expense of the winner.
All entries become the property of the promoter. All opt-in entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the entrants names, addresses and phone numbers for future promotional Marketing. The promoter will not disclose any of this information to a third party. Any disclosure of information will be made by law and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Upon entering all entrants are giving permission for Kaleidoscopic Travel Pty Ltd to repost their photos on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The winner is required to take out Travel Insurance or sign a waiver releasing Kaleidoscopic Travel Pty Ltd of any responsibility related to claims whilst travelling. The winner will be asked to document their Intrepid travel tour with photographs that Kaleidoscopic Travel may use and publish to Social Media and on their website. The entrant has a choice whether they provide a written Blog entry about their trip. Kaleidoscopic Travel Pty Ltd reserves the right to edit material given as Blogs by the entrants and to choose not to publish content if it does not meet branding standards.
