TERMS & CONDITIONS:
WestVet Wholesaling Facebook Contest Rules, “WestVet Christmas Pet” Competition.
1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting their details and an image as directed, located on the www.countryvet.com.au.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to residents of Australia. Employees of Apiam Animal Health Limited or related entities and their imediate families are not eligible. WestVet Wholesale reserves the right to disqualify any entrants without notice.
3. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be randomly selected. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected. All decisions are final. The winner will be selected at 12 midday on 5th January 2016.
4. PRIZES: The winner will receive an 'iPad mini 3 - 16gb wi fi’. Total value of prize is approximately $461.00. WestVet reserve the right to change this prize for a similar prize.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 2 days after the date of winner selection. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All prizes must be collected from a nominated pick-up location, or posted to an approved location. This location will be determined by WestVet Wholesaling, and WestVet Wholesale will be responsible for the cost of any postage incurred. Neither WestVet Wholesale or any competition partners are responsible for any expenses acquired through the use of these prizes. If the prize winner is not available to redeem the prize, then it is at WestVet Wholesale discretion if the prize can be transferred or redrawn.
7. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: WestVet Wholesale or any competition partners, reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, for marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. All information will be used in conjunction with the Apiam Animal Health Limited privacy policy. This is available for viewing at apiam.com.au

NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to WestVet Wholesale and not to Facebook, and will be used to notify you if you have won, and to inform you about special offers from WestVet Wholesale and its trusted partners.
9. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. WestVet Wholesale, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: WestVet Wholesale is not responsible technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason the contest is not capable of being run as planned, including unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, WestVet Wholesale may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release WestVet Wholesale from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
11. COMPETITION CHANGES: WestVet Wholesale reserves the right to be able to change any of the conditions, prizes, or dates that surround this competition. All entrants acknowledge that this would be done under only extreme circumstances, and that it would be done in good faith due to these circumstances.
12. WINNERS NOTIFICATION: The names of the winner will be posted on the WestVet Wholesale Facebook page, and contacted directly, via the contact information provided.
