1. The Promotion is marketed under two brands and competition names StudentSuper’s “Win the Ultimate Study Pack” and Professional Super’s “Win the TechEssentials Pack” Promotion (the “Promotion”). Information on how to enter and prizedetails set out in all communications regarding the Student Super Professional SuperPromotion form part of these Conditions of Entry. Any entry not complying with theseConditions of Entry is invalid. Entry into this Promotion and the acceptance or receiptof the prize by the winner (or the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the winner) is deemedas acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. If the winner of the prize is under 18years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent(s) or guardian(s) onthe winner’s behalf.2. The promoter is the Student Super Professional Super Pty Ltd ABN 31 617 160971 of 56 Meagher Street, Chippendale, NSW 2008, telephone 1300 646 960 (the“Promoter”).3. The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on 1 May 2019 and closes at11.59pm (AEST) on 28 June 2019 (the “Promotion Period”).4. Entry into the Promotion is only open to individuals who satisfy the followingeligibility requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):a. Individuals must be an Australian resident;b. Individuals must not be an employee (or a member of their immediatefamily (spouse, parent, sibling or child) of the Promoter or the Promoter’srelated entities directly involved in the Promotion (as determined by thePromoter); andc. Individuals under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent toparticipate in and win a prize in this Promotion. In addition, theparent/guardian of the individual must read and consent to these Conditionsof Entry. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into afurther agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotionand winning a prize.5. To receive an automatic entry, eligible individuals must sign up to receivemarketing emails from Student Super or Professional Super.6. Upon completion of the above, individuals will receive one (1) automatic entry intothe Promotion. If any individual does not wish to be automatically entered into thePromotion, they should contact the Promoter on the details outlined in clause 2above.7. Upon completion of the above, individuals will receive an email to get their uniqueshare link. Individuals who share their unique link with friends and family may receivethree (3) additional automatic entries into the promotion. To be eligible to receive theadditional three (3) entries, the friend/family member must enter the promotion viathe unique share link. Three (3) additional automatic entries will be granted for everyadditional person who joins via the unique share link.8. Incomplete forms or unsubscribed emails will be deemed invalid. Entries must bereceived before the end of the Promotion Period to be valid (i.e. by 11.59pm (AEST)28 June 2019 (inclusive)).9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries andentrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and place of study)and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who thePromoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions of Entry,tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other impropermisconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errorsand omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by thePromoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver ofthose rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensationfrom such an offender are reserved.10. Only one (1) automatic entry permitted per person.11. The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter at 12.00pm noon(AEST) on 1 July 2019 at Student Super Professional Super Pty Ltd ABN 31 617 160971 of 56 Meagher Street, Chippendale, NSW 2008. The winner will be notified inwriting within two (2) business days of the draw, and their name and photo will bepublished on the Student Super and Professional websites(studentsuper.com.au/competitions and professionalsuper.com.au/competitions) on3 July 2019. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them inorder in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, or, if in the case thewinner wishes to forfeit the prize.12. There will be one (1) prize awarded in this Promotion.
